The wings are delish! I always get their chicken sandwich. I get the onions and bell peppers on the side so my bread isn't soggy. Their crawfish rolls are great. The phillys are good with a little Roul twist.

Recommend Crawfish Eggrolls! Perfectly cooked. Shrimp poboy was good. Patio open on sunny days, closed when raining. Wait time for To-Go order was reasonable. Staff has always been fast and friendly.
Just stay away from the bathrooms.

Roul's in Gonzales has one of the best hamburgers I've ever had. This time I had the Shrimp Burger which was straight FIYA. A delicious meat patty topped with shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, mayo, and mustard. The burger was a nice size and came with equally delicious, seasoned fries. Really small parking lot, sits on Hwy. 44, and sits on corner so entering from side street is best option. Definitely a pick up and go type of place.
