My son and I always get cupcakes here we find the cupcakes are always freshly bake and the stafs are awesome .The manger maybe burn out by lack of staff but does a great job running her business.Keep up the good job. We support this business .

I've come here on 3 separate occasions, 2 in one day, and they were closed. Halloween, they closed early, and I can understand that. I came on a Saturday, and a sign on the door said they went to vote and would be back by 1pm. Drove up at 12:57, and the sign was gone, and all of the lights were out, except for the in back. As my husband was getting out to go in, someone looked out the little window and turned off the lights. I keep trying to give them business during posted business hours, but they are not here. Makes me sad.

Today I called ahead for them to set aside 2 packs of their dog cupcakes and that I would be by to pick them up. When I arrived less than 20 minutes later, the ladies in the front informed me they sold them to a gentleman that had just left the store. The reason behind was they didn’t think I was coming and they didn’t want them not to be sold. Bad business ladies! I called ahead for a reason, said I was on my way and wouldn’t be longer than 30 minutes, you confirmed you had them and would set them aside for me, and I drove out of the way just for these cupcakes to be highly disappointed in your customer service. If you do order from this business know your order isn’t guaranteed!

I asked for 6 Wedding Cake cupcakes (there was no sign of a purchase limit). The employee at the front desk, was very gracious and said she would go to the back to see how many they had left. She came back to say there was enough and she would give me the amount I asked for. A lady, who I assume is the owner, came from the back and said ‘I can’t give all of my wedding cake out’, to which the employee said ‘I checked and we have enough’. The older lady said ‘it doesn’t matter’.As a paying customer, this lady was very rude and unprofessional. Oh - I was also blocked from the store’s Facebook page because of my review. How about acknowledging the horrible service and work to fix it, instead of blocking my review! Won’t patronize them again…

It’s been a while since I visited. Several times I’ve tried to go back, but it was always after they closed or on a Sunday. That’s on me, not Smallcakes. If you haven’t checked out their instagram feed, do. They post pics and videos of the daily specials. Let me tell you….. omg. They look delicious! I know from experience that their cupcakes are moist, fresh, full of flavors that burst across your tongue. I must get back there soon. I want to experience the tiramisu and Bailey’s whipped coffee. ??

I really enjoyed the cupcakes. They were moist and delicious! So far, my favorite flavor is the lemon drop. It’s always refreshing to have one in the afternoon. Stop by and grab a few cakes for your friends or family. They will certainly enjoy them.

Moist, fluffy, delectable. My absolute favorite! I am a fan of Smallcakes but all Smallcakes are not equal. This particular shop is everything I look for when I try a new Smallcakes shop. Everything was so flavorful and the best part is I was able to store them in an airtight container for a couple of days and they were still as moist and fresh as they were the day I purchased them. It's so hard to pass their shop. Definitely one of my favorite places.

Cute shop, clean and easy to order, wasn't impressed by service or the cupcakes. I got the lemon drop, it had a small squeeze of lemon flavor and the rest was vanilla disappointment. I hope to return and have a better treat and service provided.
