I normally would visit Sno’s for the same meal. The soft shell crab & creamed spinach & the crab cake pasta & bread pudding. A few months ago I had the soft shell crab & spinach & the crab was not seasoned & cooked well. The bread pudding was not cooked well & it was look & watery in middle like sloppy texture. The creamed Spanish was not good either & I had to ask for some of the stuff that’s sprinkled on top.
Today 5-27-25 I visit & had the crab cake pasta. For starters the waitress didn’t even ask me if I wanted the lunch size or regular size that came with lump crab meat. The cheese sauce was so thick, the crab cakes didn’t taste right & something about the inside didn’t seem right. I literally ate the crust around & a few pasta strings & left most of plate there. This time I added a piece of cat fish- no seasoning. I also ordered a blueberry martini which was just alcohol. I kept asking the waitress to give me something sweet to take away the alcohol that was over very powering. She noticed I never touched the drink & she never bothered to ask me if I wanted something else. I was charged for a drink I didn’t drink AND a salad that supposedly come with pasta (at least that what menu say). I ordered my bread pudding to go it is it was horrible. Sloppy made. Crust on outside & watery & loose inside. I wanted to vomit. Sno’s used to be good. I’m assuming there was a change with management or chef & it shows. I won’t be returning & I’ll spend my hard earned money else where.

The brother and I entered to the front desk and were asked if we had a reservation. Since we did not we got sent to the bar which is a separate room so I did not get to see or feel the whole atmosphere fibe.The bar was getting slammed by drink orders which can explain the lack of attention. I ordered a filet minion which was on point and my brother did enjoy his duck.

We had a party of about 21 for a graduation. We got there, they didn’t have enough seating. Then after they figured out the seating. The rude waitress came to us and said if we don’t stop moving around which we weren’t, she would have to charge all of us on one ticket. Meanwhile, other patrons ( white) we moving around and mingling with each other and nothing was said to them. Now let’s get into the food…it was horrible! My child ordered a pizza she says it tasted like a lunchable that had been microwaved. I ordered crab-cake pasta. That was the worst pasta I have ever had in my life. Salt and pepper couldn’t help it. I believe the waitress overheard me talking about her attitude towards us because she wanted to be nice after a while. She is lucky the tip was already included because she would not have received anything from me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. O out of 10! Nasty food and nasty attitudes!

For Valentine's Day, we went here looking forward to a delicious meal. What we got was far from it. We ordered crab cakes and barbecue shrimp for appetizers. The crab cakes literally had NO CRAB in them, and tasted like bland cornbread dressing. The shrimp had the same dressing on top of them. We tasted, spoke to the waitress, who then called the mgr over. We spoke and she left, returning with a message from the cook that they put crab in it. We were not offered anything else, and no discount was given. I am not a complainer, and do not like posting negative comments. However, this was ridiculous, and we spent approx $60 for food we did not eat. Horrible customer service and false representation of seafood dishes.

Went to Sno's for the first time last night. GREAT time. Just a few items to mention before the entree; the Shrimp Casino was AMAZING! Definitely a must if you are going for the first time. Margs and Moscow Mules were fantastic. I thought our server was a little on the aggressive side but that's okay. The fella that brought out the steaks didn't know which ones were which. Speaking on the steak!! I got mine RARE! They knocked it out of the park! 10/10 on the meat. 6/10 on the amount of butter added. I wont get Italian dressing on my salad again because it didn't taste very Italian. Also, white chocolate Bread pudding was out of the park! Overall, i cannot wait to come back to this place. They did a great job with everything. Make sure you get a side of Bearnaise with your steak!! GOOD JOB SNO'S
I really enjoyed my experience here at Sno's. The prices are reasonable, while maintaining an upscale atmosphere, and it's very kid friendly. They even have a treasure box for kids! We will definitely be coming back.

We arrived at 730, 9 in the group for a celebration of graduation. We ordered with 4 starters, they brought one to table, reminded them we still ate missing 3 more..10 minutes later one more..and so on till we received all of them,, after we had already received our meal. About 10 minutes into the meal our waitress brought our check and ask how many boxes we need..?? We told her we are not even finished..10 minites more, 830ish, they started vacuuming atound our table very close, we ask can you please let us finish...she said management want them to do it...she left..and another guy came doing the same...we spoke to night manager, of course he gave a programmed response..and if we wanted a drink...we was upset more for our friends celebration, should had been a wonderful dinner with memories for them...but instead they are still feeling bad they took us there...the food mediocre..service less gas station...wine was maybe from drug store..appalling on ever level. And i know pur host probably paid close to 600 dollars...we Never ever go there..total garbage...

I haven't been here in over 10 years due to a few poor quality meals. This is the only restaurant i have ever sent a meal back at. We decided to give it another shot after years of avoidance. This was a mistake.
We ordered the to go $42.00 fish and shrimp box. Was charged a take out fee on top of the already specified to go price. That was a sweet touch. Along with the two tablespoons of creamed spinach we were charged $5.00 for.
The fish was terrible. Probably the 2nd worst fish I have ever ate. Think rolled in just flour, no salt or seasoning and pulled out of the fryer when half cooked.
The fries were on the bottom of the container and totally soggy when we got home 5 minutes after picking up which i had to wait to be packaged, so it hadn't been sitting around. I had to throw it in the air fryer at home to make it half way edible.
The shrimp tasted like they used left over boiled shrimp and then fried them. Very rubbery texture. Was still terrible slathered in sauce from the fridge.
