I would give zero stars if I could worst sonic I've ever been to the service was pretty lazy. I would know I work a serving job. I ordered extra Oreo and stuff in my shake and she tried to argue that it was not extra even though I paid for it(the receipt was taped to the cup).

I visited Sonic a couple of weeks ago to purchase the pickle fries. I hope they are a permanent addition to the menu.The customer service was great. The employees were very friendly and accommodating.

Waited 45 minutes with only 3 there just for them to get "cheese burger only ketchup " wrong. And the Dr pepper tasted like carbonated water. Nasty food and extremely slow

They need all new appliances outside to get orders correct and screens systems to work on ways customers would like to pay. Completely disappointed in the store owner.

Waited 20 minutes for only a burger, couldn’t get anyone to answer the speaker to try to get a reimbursement. Only three cars present. Finally just left. Cost me about $6. I tried to tell a car hop but no response.
