We are from Arkansas. Just tried this Place. We had the worst customer service. When the bartender is having to be your waitress also it is Bad. The glasses were dirty. We checked out before even trying to order Food. I rate thus a 1-10. Do not recommend

Beautiful new restaurant, busy but line moved quickly.

Asked the waitress and she said that's how smoked chicken looks... red. Maybe so huh... Yall look at the photo and decide for yourself.
To make it worst they give these generic corporate responses and never do anything to follow up. Responded to their email and nothing. All talk.

Ordered the family meal. Plenty to divide for at least 4 persons S. Choice of 4 meats. We chose whole chicken, ribs, pulled pork and sliced brisket. Choice of 3 sides. We chose tator tots, mac & cheese, cole slaw. All were great. It also came with a choice of corn muffins or garlic bread. We had the corn muffins which were also good. **Ambra was a charm at the front register. Cheerful and sweet and brought our order to the car in no time at all.

We have gotten takeout several times and it's delicious. Today, when we got home we discovered we were missing a sandwich. I called to get credit and THE MANAGER DELIVERED IT TO US! This was unexpected and very much appreciated.

11-1-24 came to this establishment for the first time around 8:30 P.M.
There were places to be seated, and we were seated without a problem.
I had the 3 meats of sausage, chopped marbled brisket, and the BBQ chicken (dark meat).
The chicken that came out was not cooked all the way. We told the waitress--and I asked if it could be cooked longer for me. I told her that I wasn't going to eat it at all...as I had it to the far side of my plate.
She went on to tell me that the manager would even say that it "being pink" was not of issue, and that it comes out the way because of how it's prepared (lol). I am NOT making those statements up, either.
I told her to please get her manager...as I was wondering if the manager would be just as silly and not acknowledge that the chicken was visibly not cooked all the way.
Fortunately, the wonderful manager came out and expressed that he would do another for me with no problem.
He personally came back and had the chicken WELL DONE! IT TASTED GREAT! Overall, our meals came out quick and the desserts (chocolate chip cookies and pudding) were good, too.
SHOUT OUTS TO THE MANAGER OF SONNY'S BBQ FOR RECTIFYING SOMETHING FOR A CUSTOMER.
