Always messing up my orders and my orders are simple !

I normally love Starbucks and the locations back home are always friendly and accommodating. If I ever forget something, they kindly let me add it at the window without an issue. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite.

When I asked to add to my order at the window, the barista was rude and flat-out refused, claiming it was “peak hour.” It most definitely was not, there were no long lines or busy rush to justify the attitude. Instead of providing the same great customer service I’ve always experienced elsewhere, I was dismissed and made to feel like an inconvenience.

Starbucks is known for consistency and kindness, but this store failed to represent that standard. Very disappointing visit.

& my drink tasted like shit.

Got annoyed when I asked my drink to be made hot and yelled that they couldn't make a frappe. I was not asking for a frappe. Honestly worst experience I have ever had with Starbucks. Do not recommend

I really love everyone who works the morning shift. I’m literally there every morning and I’m never disappointed. Everyone is so sweet, always leaving me little messages on my drinks and food. If I can name all of y’all I would.

I got talked to like a child I guess she assumed I was a kid considering I’m short. The lady
I’m guessing she was a mgr she was a barista making the frappe. it was an older lady name Deidra or something.
She was all annoyed. I asked for the chocolate drizzle on the top she got all mad and said”we don’t do that no more” that’s extra. I was like it never had been before a problem. then I heard her mumble under her breath saying I should’ve known that and sounded like she said something crazy and kinda inappropriate But the young girl who was the cashier was amazing and sweet.
Then the frappe didn’t even taste right it was watered down

Bathroom needed attention and the service - placed an online order and all that was sitting on counter was my coffee when I asked attendant - she had to check the order and turned away and then had to be reminded again

Made a quick stop here along our route and was pleasantly surprised by the great service and coffee. They were fast, efficient and friendly.

The Passion Tango Teavana tea is not the same recipe or brand as the original Passion Tea from Tazo. We were completely misinformed at the drive through and wasted money on a drink I won’t drink.

I hate Starbucks. There is always something that happens at any Starbucks. The guy was training the girl. I understand, but I just ordered a banana bread and a coffee. I got my coffee and waited 20 minutes for the guy to tell we are out of banana bread seriously..

I come to this Starbucks 3 morning a week and always have a great experience. I’m always greeted by multiple employees and my drink is always made exactly how I want it.

My go to. They need a decaf iced coffee or cold brew.

My wife, daughter and I stopped in on Easter Sunday, to grab some caffeine before strolling Tanger outlets next door. If only all cashiers/servers/baristas were as friendly as Gabby! She made our visit so enjoyable with her great personality, friendliness and smile. Service was fast, pastries fresh, and drinks were perfect. Store very clean and well kept.

Good place for a bathroom break and a coffee
