I tend to commute through this area once or twice a month for work, and every time i do this location is absolutely packed. The staff is always so friendly despite being clearly stressed and overworked with a clear lack of store leadership. My most recent stop in on March 7, there was a girl, maybe a manager(?) with long dark hair and glasses SCREAMING at her baristas in front of the whole store, it was very uncomfortable and caused a ton of tension in the air, I ended up leaving. This store always tends to have potential but is definitely lacking a strong leader.

The line wraps around this Starbs so be prepped to wait and the PL is full...not really much overflow parking at the outlet mall location. But the staff inside was super friendly and smiling. Had a good working relationship and kept everything flowing.

The wait was long. At least 2 mins before I was even greeted in drive thru and then I went on to order a white chocolate mocha which I know is a favorite among many other people. I didn't have time to take a sip as I had just gotten my kids food next door and Wendy's and was in need of a pick me up but instead I waited to get asked what my drink was and then had a little over half filled venti which I wished was or even tasted like a plain black coffee by the time I tasted it. I haven't been here in years even though it is down the road from me because I can just make my own coffee and with what I was served I would have been better off doing so. The visit was a waste of my time and money and literally couldn't even give it away to anyone in my family.

It’s nice to not be rushed or thought of as an inconvenience and have to just order a drink quickly, and instead have the baristas take time to answer a question about a drink or two and provide their advice and suggestion on how they’d best order it. Thanks!
Half the time you come to this location it’s closed. The only Starbucks I’ve ever seen be closed at 3pm. Lmao this place is a joke. One time I pulled up after ordering online the line was 10 cars piled up and their inside is closed. Mind as well just close this location.

I usually AVOID places like this, my kids saw the cutest OWL CAKEPOP & begged…since they have been doing their chores, being nice to one another, etc… I give in. The owl cake pops were THE CUTEST! They were so good, moist, fresh! We also ordered the Dragon fruit Acia drink, SOOOOOOOO REFRESHING!!!!!! Perfect drink for the HOT? weather! The crew were super nice & sweet!
