There are dozens and dozens and dozens of gnats inside of the food bakery case and her answer for having the gnats was we don't serve food out of there, but you're deciding to keep a zoo of gnats ... Absolutely disgusting. Absolutely disrespectful

Reason number 1000 Y i absolutely hate Starbucks The girl at the window said that she couldn't really add a pastry while I was at the window that she wasn't really allowed to and that there was a car behind me anyways after I ordered a coffee for my fiance. I have literally never in my life had an issue adding something to my oder at the window especially a dam pastry that you already have in a plastic bag! It wasn't even busy! You lazy disgrace of a person you are the reason why Starbucks has lost so much business the last few years. Will never be coming back to this place.

My husband and I live near this Starbucks so it’s our go-to for any road trip or work route. He has sat inside many times to work on things and they almost instantly knew him by name and greet us very enthusiastically every time we go in! Drive thru service is always quick and pleasant, never robotic or rushed. You always feel like the baristas have time for more than a “here’s your coffee, have a nice day.” We brag about this location to everyone we know. It is WAY different from the overly-corporate feel of most Starbucks we’ve visited in the past, in fact we used to go out of our way to avoid getting Starbucks because we rather cozy, welcoming coffee shop atmospheres and of course we are loyal to PJ’s because we worked together at one! This location delivers that inviting vibe you don’t get at most chain/corporate cafes or restaurants. We appreciate the baristas and management here! Writing this after they handed me a note today that read “You keep us smiling” for a kindness week thing they’re doing, so I just thought I’d return the favor. Keep being awesome, guys! Yall make us smile!

Went for a coffee date the other morning and they were very busy. The lady working all the mobile orders happened to forget my drink. I politely asked her about it and she was so apologetic. I was highly impressed with how well she worked under pressure of so many orders coming through and many people waiting in the store. She never fumbled or made a mess of anything and worked very quickly. She welcomed each guest as they walked in the door. This was hands down the best service I've ever received at any Starbucks.I actually called the store the next day to give praise to her because she handled herself so well in what I thought would have been a stressful morning.Kudos to the Starbucks in Prairieville on Airline/Duplessis.

Went here to purchase $500 in gift cards & the associate told me over the speaker that they were closed. I was attempting to ask her if they still had the gift card promotion going on so I could decide whether to take the 15 minute drive tomorrow or just buy at the grocery store. She refused to answer me. When I drove to the window, two women were cleaning. I yelled out “ma’am I just have a question about gift cards, I don’t want to purchase anything”. I even knocked on the window and the shorter female whispered something the talker female something. It seemed as if she said “don’t answer her” from reading her lips. I knocked on the window and let them know I know I could hear the noises from them cleaning so I know that they could hear me. They could have literally answered me without even opening the window. A simple “sorry I can’t answer that right now” would have been better than ignoring a customer.
