This location used to be my favorite. Used to. They used to hire great people. It was a fun atmosphere, specially the day time crew. Now? You go in there, specially at night time, they are cleaning, look annoyed and literally dry and a bit rude. I’ll wait for the crew to change again and hopefully, they’ll hire better people. Your job isn’t that hard, you make sandwiches. If you can’t do that, I have 0 hopes for you.

The lady servicing me was rude to begin with, didn't listen to my order and got it wrong, the bread was hard and was the wrong kind also. Pay attention people and your customer service skills suck!!!

I have never seen an employee who appeared to dislike his job more than the guy working when I ordered. The tuna was almost out, so he was just going to say it was out until his co-worker stated there was some in the back. The bread was hard and crusty. Then nothing after I paid. Did not hand me the bag or receipt or cup for the drink, just walked off. He chose the job, no one is forcing him to work there. This is the 2nd visit where the employees have had terrible attitudes at this location.

The male by the name “Ced” he gave the best customer service i have ever had and was super nice and funny while still being proffered i really do think he should get a raise or some kind of reward for being this kind and out going.

The workers inside were very rude and made me feel unwelcome and judged. I was very polite with the two ladies and they just kept giving me an attitude. And some of the condiments I asked for they didn’t want to do the work and go restock. I’m very disappointed in the service and how I was treated. Although the food was good the service was NOT.

I don't like this new barrier on the glass that prevents us from seeing the sandwich making process. This is the second time I've gone to subway and my order was wrong. And it's only been the last two visits my order was messed upI ordered an Italian herb and cheese 6", I got a white 6". And my sandwich was basically empty. Unfortunately I worked until 9 so my fiance picked up the order for me. They still had an hour before closing by time he picked it up so there's no excuse for it to have been done this way. his sandwich was right and full. Mine wasn't and I couldn't eat it due to sensory issues.

I used to come to this subway all the time and was excited to be able to have lunch there today. Then I got there and walked in and the girl behind the counter gave me a rude look. I figured maybe she had a bad day so I said hey how are you doing. She again just looked at me stupid. I again, louder said hey how are you doing? She said I heard you the first time. I said so you dont talk. Id like a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for the number to corporate and she said google it. I asked for the store number and she said she didn't know it. I said well youve lost my business and she said aww so sad. So I took her picture, told her off and went and ate elsewhere. I'll definitely call corporate because I'd hate for my business to have an employee that treats people so badly. I included a picture of the woman who did this and claims to be the manager.

Tried bringing my service dog in with me. Black female employee was extremely rude pushing me to leave having a issue with my service dog being in the restaurant. Told us other customers complained about it. Have been there plenty of times before with my dog and not had any issues. Would not recommend anyone going to this one unless the support the mistreatment of people with service animals.

Food is good. The manager of the place needs to step up though. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to stand and wait 10 minutes. While I waited I purchased a bottle of water, and was told when I order online and then make another purchase in the store, I mess up the way the line works. Then every water in the box was frozen and was told its out of their control. Why even sell it? I'll definitely be going to dutchtown next.
