I don't like this new barrier on the glass that prevents us from seeing the sandwich making process. This is the second time I've gone to subway and my order was wrong. And it's only been the last two visits my order was messed upI ordered an Italian herb and cheese 6", I got a white 6". And my sandwich was basically empty. Unfortunately I worked until 9 so my fiance picked up the order for me. They still had an hour before closing by time he picked it up so there's no excuse for it to have been done this way. his sandwich was right and full. Mine wasn't and I couldn't eat it due to sensory issues.

I used to come to this subway all the time and was excited to be able to have lunch there today. Then I got there and walked in and the girl behind the counter gave me a rude look. I figured maybe she had a bad day so I said hey how are you doing. She again just looked at me stupid. I again, louder said hey how are you doing? She said I heard you the first time. I said so you dont talk. Id like a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for the number to corporate and she said google it. I asked for the store number and she said she didn't know it. I said well youve lost my business and she said aww so sad. So I took her picture, told her off and went and ate elsewhere. I'll definitely call corporate because I'd hate for my business to have an employee that treats people so badly. I included a picture of the woman who did this and claims to be the manager.

Tried bringing my service dog in with me. Black female employee was extremely rude pushing me to leave having a issue with my service dog being in the restaurant. Told us other customers complained about it. Have been there plenty of times before with my dog and not had any issues. Would not recommend anyone going to this one unless the support the mistreatment of people with service animals.

Food is good. The manager of the place needs to step up though. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to stand and wait 10 minutes. While I waited I purchased a bottle of water, and was told when I order online and then make another purchase in the store, I mess up the way the line works. Then every water in the box was frozen and was told its out of their control. Why even sell it? I'll definitely be going to dutchtown next.

Very uncomfortable interaction with the two workers at subway. I am introduced with dirty looks and immediately feel on guard. As I am ordering the food, the girl making them is looking at the cashier making these looks that I finally had to ask "Is there a problem with what I am doing". As I continue with the orders, the cashier is also yelling at me asking cash or card where I had to interrupt the process to answer her. My way out, I see them giving me dirty looks as I am driving off. I have been going to this subway for awhile now and will not be coming back because of the hostile, rude behaviors I recieved. Keep in mind, I was very kind in the beginning, asking how their day has been and then became short and standoffish after their behavior towards me. Very unfortunate because I throughly enjoy subway, but I'd rather go to another one than come back to this one.

Honestly what is this????? It's 90% whatever sauce this is (not honey mustard like I ordered). Bread is wrong.. not a melt or even toasted at all. Also thanks for 1 slice of turkey. Went straight in the garbage. DON'T PLACE PICK UP ORDERS HERE .. I guess u HAVE to watch them??? or u will get throw up on a bun

One of the employees was standing right outside the door on his phone, blocking the entrance. Staff isn't friendly, their food set-up was messy, and staff was trying to get me to pay while I was trying to say what I wanted on my salad. Worst Subway experience I've had.

This subway used to be good. But its horrible. My salad doesn't taste good at all. I never asked for black olives, but they are in my salad!! Last month I got a salad, my chicken was spoiled!! Never going back!!
