The customer service here is horrible. The employees don’t acknowledge the customers as they walk in. They ignore you when you’re talking to them. The energy is bad. It’s almost depressing to be in there. Aside from that the food is good. But who wants to eat at a place where they’re not friendly.

the fat sissyfied night time manager always has a attitude every time I walk in the cafe. He is always in the lobby not tending to the employees he's supposed to be helping. My smoothie took 20 minutes because he had one young lady making the smoothies by herself and never helped while watching something on his tablet.

The food is good but the drive-through line is long. Took 30-45+ to get my food. The food is normally good but I can't even get out of line based on medium blocking me to exit. This is a busy area so I understand it being busy, but drive through is suppose to be quicker. I pretty much sat in the drive through my entire break.Gave a extra star sing my meal was comped.

This is a super SLOW location! if you’re coming here prepare to wait 20+ minutes. They won’t even acknowledge you while you’re sitting at the drive thru window. Smoothies always taste different, no consistency.
