There's a nice older gentleman that works there now. At least he's there each time I go in. He's not rude at all. Very kind. Hopefully they fired those girls or at least that one that looked that woman up on fb by her credit card!! Yikes!!
You pay by weight so don't overdue it if you don't want to come out of the pocket with some $$. Everything is expensive plus tax. Can't take it out on them. They're just trying to stay in business. I suggest signing up with a phone #. You get a discount almost every time after the first visit.

The girls that work here are rude!!! I love the man who is usually here. He’s always very sweet. Drove all the way here with my little one just for a sign that says “be back in 10 minutes” on the door with a line waiting outside. Because they were gone for longer, showed up in sweatpants and slides laughing thinking it’s funny. Bad business.. they need better workers than these girls and also should actually be open the hours they say they are.

Friendly ,peaceful and relaxing outside sitting area. Overall the inside was clean and nice . The cashier was helpful and friendly . Would really recomend going there for a nice outing with friends or kids.?

Tonight I decided to take my kids and their friends into get dessert. The place was empty and we had a total of 11 kids with 6 Adults. We were not greeted when we walked in. Not one single child touched any of the machines the parents did it all. The little girl named Braylee kept rolling her eyes and tried to charge us double for the yogurt cups she already weighed. We spent 120 dollars and I gave her a 35% tip. After we leave I received a fb message from this little girl who says they do not take parties. We weren't a party. I treated everyone but everyone had their parents there. My name and card number is supposed to be protected when you shop somewheres. But clearly my information was not kept confidential since she used it to find me on fb. I will post the screenshots. I will also be contacting corporate. If this is the customer service that will happen here I will not be back and neither will the people that came that I showed the message to. I also do not believe that your information will be kept confidential. I am not the first person she has used confidential information to look up and msg. I hope her parents and boss can teach her manners and customer service. I would have fired her on the spot.

I have frequented this establishment since it opened and thoroughly enjoy the yogurt with extras as well as the discounts and normally pleasant greeting upon arrival and departure, I even brought my grand baby with me once and she enjoyed it very much as well. But tonight terrible!!! No greeting, not even a person in site till I had a cup in my hand. There was a young child in there enjoying her dessert with what looked like a parent and grandparent. I noticed the music when I walked in and knew it wasn’t what I was used to hearing in there but brushed it off until I sat down, in which at this point I was grateful the child had left already, to here a song saying something to the affect of “and that’s my MF’n word”, as well as other fowl language within that song! To top it off the girl was filling spoons behind the counter and looked at us when we left but never greeted us goodbye. I don’t want to hear that in a yogurt shop, or anywhere else for that matter, and I surely don’t want my grands to hear that either! I will visit again and if it’s the same I will find another place to go and enjoy!

They don’t give refunds, and are not very understanding to peoples situations.
