Went to get a frosty, we dont do fast food often. Sadly wasnt able to get a chocolate frosty so I settled for a coke. Staff was nice. We ended up leaving the card and when we realized and went back the staff had it waiting on us.

They serve their guests leftover breakfast in the morning. The biscuits aren't fresh and hot, and the meat isn't fresh either. You can tell that they're from the next day. It's ridiculous that both Wendy's here in Gonzales serve day-old breakfast.

Very poor service in the drive thru. Girl was rude, did give total so I had to ask at the window. Just gave us our food without saying anything word. (Thank you would be nice) She just had a VERY poor attitude. Should not be working with customers. Food was good but fried were a little old.

Drink machine was disgusting!!! Hasn't been cleaned in a long time!!!!! Came in with my kids to eat lunch and the workers were throwing the f word around!!!! Very disappointed!

i didn’t really have high expectations coming back because i’ve gone before and they never once got my order right. i ordered a single chicken sandwich and one drink. they didn’t have the drink so i paid $3 for something i couldn’t get as well as them first completely ignoring my order requesting they remove a couple things, twice. they leave it on the first time and then give me a sandwich with nothing on it after. lol the pickles were mummified as well, very strange tasting. i’d be relatively fine with it if i didn’t spend $12 on it. what is the excuse? i literally order online specifically so the order is clearly written right in front of your faces the entire time y’all make it

Every time we go to this Wendy’s there are issues. No carbonated drinks tonight. Workers in there are very rude. Inside is filthy and Board of Health needs to do a thorough inspection.

I just went in here did my order watch a guy mess in the trash with gloves on but stand there take the gloves off and goes to make my food. So I say something to the manager and he says he doesn't have to wear gloves I said when did you not have to wear gloves fixing someone else food his response was we never had to . I will not be back at this Wendys again

i don’t get wendy’s often, but when i do this is the closest option to me, and every time, without fail. i have to pull forward and wait ages to get my food. 10 Am on a friday with nobody in front of me or behind me in the drive thru line is was got me today. waited a while at the speaker, and then got to the window just to be told to pull up and wait. for the 50th time of me coming here. in the time i can sit and think of what to write here, and the time it takes me to type it all out, my one breakfast combo is yet to come out , and i’m left hungry and nearly late to work at my personal fast food job that would have had my food hot and fresh within the first two minutes of me pulling into the drive through. UPDATE: i wrote all that while waiting for my food, and leaving the parking lot 20 minutes after initially pulling up with my bag of food, i open it to reveal that i waited for….. THE WRONG ORDER TO BE GIVEN TO ME. so now, i cannot even eat the sandwich i have been waiting for because it has bacon, and my body does not agree with bacon. (or horrible service, because my head hurts and my mood is ruined) good job wendy’s in gonzales, you have sucussfully displayed to your customers just how much our time is valued. and let me say, it must be less than the 10 dollars i payed for the wrong order.

Probably the worst one I've been to. Wait at the menu for ten minutes, pull up and wait at the window for ten more while they pretend they haven't noticed you (you'll catch them look right at you and then look away when your eyes meet). Then another ten minutes while four of them try to figure out how to ring up the order, then five more when you get charged for the wrong meal but are told it's ok because the thing you wanted was the same price anyways (it's not, it's much cheaper). Then wait another ten minutes pulled up to the waiting area. Over fourty minutes to be charged more for something I didn't want and some cold, unsalted fries. Thanks, Wendys!
The people were nice to me, especially the girl at the window, I don't blame her. I don't typically come to this location, thankfully; I certainly won't again.
