I am super mad at this location. I ordered doordash from this location. They not only didn’t give the doordasher three drinks that I paid for but they got ALL THREE cheeseburgers wrong. And they left out my dad’s 4 piece spicy chicken nugget! On top of that I look through all these reviews and see that the location is purely disgusting and that the workers are apparently on drugs. I can’t believe this location is still allowed to be open. Was offered a chance to come back to the store and pick up my items but I don’t have a ride. This is ridiculous.

Horrible. Obvious drug addicts work here. They had their bum friend off of the streets wondering around the place. Soda machine & food prep area was filthy. So glad I went in & not through the drive though. I left without eating!

The lady taking our order seemed to be under the influence of some kind of drugs, suspect meth. We paid cash, wrong change was given back and when we asked her she said they were out of change. She did call the manager over and he didn't say a word. Food was horrible but asking for things to be remade would of been more a hassle than it was worth.

Just moved down in this area and I’ve been here about 3 times every month for the last 4 months and EVERY TIME my order is WRONG. Terrible service, not enough trained and knowledgeable staff.

I am a disabled individual with a service dog. Upon entering the wendy’s simply to pick up a doordash order I was immediately asked if I had my ID card. I come into contact with this frequently since it isn’t widely known that the “registrations” are scams. I immediately responded that they are fake. That my service dog is task trained for a disability. I moved on and continued to be asked for papers by this woman. When I got to the front the entire staff was talking over me, telling me I was wrong. The woman who stopped me at the door started on about how she had registered her dog and it was real. I handed her an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) law card and tried to show them the law. I was laughed at. I tried numerous times to tell them the questions they COULD ask me. All the while my service dog was standing in front of me. Perfectly calm and focused on her job. The employees talked to her and continued to talk to her when I asked them to not as it might distract her. Usually I don’t have a problem with this but they were leading over the counter cooing at my dog in a baby voice. And I was already close to having a PA since I have PTSD and knew i was beginning to dissociate. I needed my dogs full attention on me. She had signs all over her vest saying not to distract. When I decided it’s better not to continue this and just contact corporate about the issue, that way no other real service dog team experiences this I offered to let them keep the card. They laughed as if I was a joke and said they didn’t need it. Clearly they did. ADA law is clear and simple on service dog laws. Next time I enter here I will be recording, if it happens again I will be pursuing legal action.

My order was wrong. The fries were cold and the meat look like it was cooked yesterday. I had heard that they were bad but I just want to c if I felt the same way. Well my coworkers were so right. I will never ever order a thing from this place again. Horrible!!!!!!! Wendys n Gonzales of hwy 61. I think this store should be shut down r completely reorganized with a totally better crew especially the manament staff. Someone needs to report them for their lack of cleaning and lack of management staff. Also the workman at the window doesn't listen to u at all and very very rude.i see other reviews why is this not being handled now. ????

Those fries are straight out of the chum bucket they were as black as my infected toenail from 8 years ago, and they tasted like potato instead of fry
