THANK YOU Wendy’s crew! Tonight was a great experience overall. I’d been hesitant to try again after several ‘unsatisfactory’ experiences a long time ago, but tonight’s crew was AWESOME! From the polite guy crossing for trash duties, the polite lady taking my order and having to bring it to me and down to when I got home my food was well packaged and fresh. Appreciate y’all!

This Wendy’s is straight garbage with consistency. I just pulled up and was told their entire system is down and they aren’t taking orders at all — unreal for a fast-food place. On top of that, the chocolate Frosty machine is constantly broken, and in the past I was even told the classic chocolate Frosty was taken off the menu permanently, which is stupid. Between broken systems, broken machines, and mixed-up info, this place is a complete waste of time.

Me and my family tried to go in at 7 yesterday but the lobby was completely closed and the short dude with the beanie on even made eye contact with me and smirked!, and I was there on a different day and this white dude with stringy hair and and was heavy set was making customers do surveys to get free food and upsizes, ultimately do not go to this Wendy’s if you want quality food or service they only care about their stars and times not their customers!.

My family and I went through the drive thru here to order lunch. The cashier who took our order was very pleasant! She took our order and repeated it to make sure it was correct. It was almost as pleasant as Chick fil A! This was a nice visit after shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall all day!
I love Wendy's, but this location has the worst service I've ever experienced. The wait time was horrible, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was disgusting; the restroom floor was full of urine. They had 2 guys come straight from outside one went to the drive thru window where he was took over the register from someone who was making sandwiches, he took an order reached for the customer's money turned around and went to help making sandwiches with no gloves on it sickened me to my stomach, the other guy was preparing fry orders with no That sandwich, but I know it would have confused. This store needs some attention because, from the Department of Health's side, this restaurant is very unsanitary. The store needs a pop visit because, from the Department of Health side, this restaurant is very unsanitary.

Just pulled up and they literally had ZERO customers. Not one person came to drive thru. I drove around and the light skin skinny girl is literally looking at me in my truck and holding her headset which she orders. I saw a heavier dark toned woman outside hugging someone as a pulled in..I waited at the speaker and NOT ONE PERSON picked up to take my order. That is absolutely lazy and horrible, especially when you have ZERO customers.
