Stood at the register i dont know how long. Two employees just looked at me. No one took my order or even acknowledged me in any way. Got fed up waiting and went somewhere else.

Incredibly rude staff, I get to the drive through as soon as she started raking my order she was rude, rushed me and sarcastic. Host name on receipt Troiesha. Added pickels on my sandwich. Confirmed at window for pickles and she yelled across the restaurant to make sure they put them and they did not. Only encountered two denials an older one and younger one they both was ugly for no reason. Asked for a receipt and acted like it was going to kill her to do her job. Then I was charged for 2 cookies I did not order. I understand staff deal with rude customers daily but when you’re nothing but nice and you get met with ugly attitude for no reason. This place lost my business!

Lady working drive thru is extremely rude. i’m not one to post a google review either.. She was talking to fast and i thought she told me to pull up for my ice cream (i had a mobile order) after about 10 minutes she comes up and she swung the door open and it slammed against the building. she yelled that i had already gotten my food and asked what i was doing, i told her i thought she told me to pull up and she said that they didn’t have any ice cream, also didn’t get a refund. i work close by so it was convenient, but never again. Not being talked to like that.

First, three fast food combos should never cost $45! The only drinks they have today is water or lemonade, fortunately we had our own beverages. And, of course, we had to pull ahead and wait quite a while for our order while every other vehicle seemed to come and go with ease. Do yourself a favor, just go find a good plate lunch counter! The food is usually much better, less expensive and your order will be right every time.

Burgers were as ordered but there was no chocolate frosty. Some Wendy's are getting to be like McDonald's with lack of ice cream. Food was ready fast and I like that very much.
