One star because you have to press one to start reviewing.Wendy's needs to change their name to. Wendy's Dave's dump.Should have negative stars as an option.If you want medium well burgers without even asking for it ,this is the place for you.This wendys gives you multiple experiences at one stop.Junk yard experience,because in the parking lot, there was a car on each side of the building with flat tiers, and you could tell they had been there for some time. They also seem to be anti pressure washers .The concrete outside clearly has never ever been sprayed down.You'll get an Ice skating experience in the dining room. I'm guessing they mop with the same oil used to cook with.I should have told my mom let's go we can't go here...butMy 75 year old mother and I were at the outlet mall all day, and she needed to eat. This Wendy's was right there, and she hadn't had Wendy's in a while ,and being i don't see her often, she wanted today to be the day she had Wendy's.She was a little hesitant after seeing the parking lot but was very hungry.So we go into order, and after we order and get to the drink part then the girl informs us that they only have lemonade or frosty. They had the drink machine where you press the buttons and all the flavors come out of the one spot... but it was broken. The lemonade had less than an inch of lemonade in it. And then there was some pinkish orange liquid next to that and then a brownish orange liquid.. she didn't explain what those two options were, but they clearly weren't lemonade. Water wasn't even offered.We went with frosty. Because she's 75and I'm not going to tell her what to do. In my head, I was ready to leave, but my mom really wanted a hamburger and fries. Mind you, she is a diabetic and normally gets unsweet tea or water. But all they had were suger drink and ice cream . Pretty pathetic that they didn't have water to offer. With one look around the empty ice skating dining room rink, we decided to eat in the car.10 min. Wait, but at least that meant hot French fries. We were talking and should have looked at Burger after the first bite..I've eaten enough wendys after late nights to know not to expect a hot burger anymore .. but i should have looked ... because when i finally looked at it with about half a burger left, it was medium well.Definitely didn't ask me what temp I'd like my burger cooked, so I don't know why it was still pink .My mom had already finished hers like a hungry lioness. So I hid my discovery from her and said I was full that I'd go throw out our trash inside.We didn't even eat the frosties because they smelled weird .After this, I will definitely kill over and die before I ever spend my money on Wendy's food ever again.Seems to be the thing at all wendys now . Cold food , wrong orders,long time for orders, and clearly anyone can work there as long as you can push buttons. After letting the manager, who was now sitting at one of the tables, know about the raw hamburger, he just said "okay I'll let them know." No sorry or even care . basically, just an okay now Please leave so we can get back to doing nothing.It's sad because at one time Wendy's was really good.

Wendy's is probably my favorite fast food place when it's done right. This location chooses not to listen when you request cook to order. One time I ordered nuggets and they were hard as a rock, other than that The service is pretty good but, by the time you check your food they always forget something.

Of course, I told the guy 3 times in the drive through that I wanted the ghost pepper chicken sandwich number 9 and what does he do? He gives me a regular chicken sandwich just as I expected. Always a wrong order. Unless you walk in, don't go there.

Half the drinks were not filled. My group waited 20 minutes behind another group before they were even seen to. Honestly, it could have just been a bad day, but waiting 20 minutes to order fast food was a little ridiculous.
Horrible one of the workers touching the fries with her hands and playing with her nose the lady that was making the burgers was ugh n telling them don’t go in the bathroom she just went stink it up in front of

As with every transaction with food service workers in this state, this Wendy's was no exception. I was waiting at the drive thru and ended up going inside because no one was even acknowledging the 2 cars ahead of me to take their orders. So I went inside, which is a bonus because some establishments around here LOCK the doors to the dining area, forcing the customers to do drive-thru only! When I get inside it's like Grand Central Station behind the counter, where no less than SEVEN employees are clustered behind the counter just cutting up and having a grand old time socializing rather than taking orders. It took over 10 min to get 2 frosties and 10 nuggets, and when I was walking out with my food finally, the truck that was in front of me was JUST driving up to the first window to pay for the food he ordered! It's so sad to me that that man doesn't know any better customer service because he lives in Louisiana. Y'all have NO IDEA that you are failing each other! The employee that took my order indoors was very polite for the few seconds she actually interacted with me, so there's that...

This location sucks ass. I ordered DoorDash and I was missing my nuggets and received a small frosty instead of a large. I called the store multiple times and sat on the phone while it rang for several minutes with no answer. Do better.

probably the worst service I ever got in my life. employees just standing there, doing absolutely nothing. wasted 25 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. to top it off someone was working in the kitchen with no shoes on. never again
