I went to get a burger and when i finished i said whataburger whataburger i couldnt quit saying whataburger it was sooooooooo good you'll leave there saying whataburger.

busy place but they are always accommodate the guests needs with good customer service
Went to the drive thru, the employee had a very nasty attitude,horrible customer service. i decided to leave without getting food.
This place always good don't ever stop making the sweet and spicy!
They were ssoo busy they forgot to put cheese on my burger. It was still a Good burger!!
Why offer curbside when they never bring it out? You have to go inside to grab your food that’s been sitting there getting cold. But they can come out to play on their phone and smoke.

Waited 10-15 mins for our food to find out it was given to someone else then were told we’d have to wait another 5-10 mins for our food that we paid 30$ for and some how that’s ok? Not once did they apologize for the wait or they’re mistake or try to even fix it. One location I won’t be going back to.
I come here strictly for my fiances cravings but I think it's quite ridiculous I have to wait 25+ minutes for a sandwich and fries, or just 2 sandwiches.
This time I dined in to get my food to go and 3 people walked pass my order for 5 minutes until I got my food, my sauce I paid 88 cents for wasn't even there either. Fries are stone cold bread is chewy and soggy.
I don't know how amy one can tolerate this complete lack of awareness and work ethic in the establishment.

How am I going to order on the app, sit in curbside for 10 min after it says it would be done, go inside, watch multiple people walk in and get their food, then get told mine is waiting on fries?? Then to rush things, they were not fully cooked, not in the box all over the inside of my bag. Multiple employees outside carrying on, and one inside talking about how some customers “make it so easy to want to beat they ass.” I’m still wondering how I was at that location for almost a half hour for a simple breakfast order😮💨
Been to this location a few time and the times I've gone there is always something wrong with the food. Being that the fries are cold and or the burger is cold with cheese not properly melted staff is always joking and seems that the manager doesn't really takes his or her job seriously
