The elderly woman cashier took forever to take an order. She would walk into the dining room to get high chairs and wipe tables between customers. The kitchen workers were checking cellphones and forgot the bacon on my burger. They kept calling out order number 82 instead of the correct 62. Too much inefficiency for $$ per hour pay.

The workers hide in the back so they don’t have to work early in the morning and refuse to answer the drive through when u go past there’s no one in the kitchen or lobby or drive through window how y’all going to be 24hrs but not work the job yall signed up

For a fast food restaurant you would think this location holds the typical fast food experience. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to after the great service. The manager was extremely respectful and funny. Stayed on the floor taking orders and going around making sure everyone dining in was satisfied. And constantly checking on his employees and asking if they need any help. Great guy that was!

For some reason, it is hard to get good service at the counter. It seems like everyone is working the drive up window. Once you can find somebody to take your order, they disappear into the back. Sad, really because we like to eat there.
10 out of 10 and hands down the best Whataburger I have been to. The order was 100% correct the first time which rarely happens with Whataburger locations. Connie took our order and was attentive during our visit. She was professional and engaged in small talk which was wonderful. James asked us how our experience was and I shared with him how blown away we were. He asked where we were from (Houston) and wished us safe travels back.

many Americans don't realize Whataburger is superior to McDonald's or BK in every way. bigger juicier burgers, beautifully done french fries, and prices are a tad cheaper too. The Dr. Pepper shake will make you cry with happiness.
