Dirty store, poor service.. They messed up the order. I called and they hung up, called back and you get kids playing on the phone. I guess you get what they pay for.. cheap labor with no accountability.

Absolute garbage experience, even for delivery food. Before today I’ve NEVER thrown away hot wings.
Aside from our order being 50% correct, the food was awful. The wings were slimy and flavorless. They were red from being sauced, but I think the sauce was washed off before I got them. Not sure when they got cooked, but it was way before I ordered them. We got zero fries of the 3 meals we ordered. 1 of 2 beverages was correct.
Traveling through the area, Wing Stop is usually one of my go-to spots. I would avoid this one if I lived nearby.

They were apparently out of stock on the new flavor and had the audacity to send out my wings with zero seasoning on them lol... you can't be serious? They didn't even tell me when I picked up my food... worst managed wingstop I've ever been to. Drive the extra mile and go to a diff location. Awful, awful, awful. Second time in a row this place has done awful

Upon arriving, the place was empty at 7:30pm. The person at the counter said their cashier had left, wouldn't be back for 30 minutes, and we couldn't order until they returned. I guess Wingstop doesn't like to sell food.

This has to be the worst wingstop I ever come to. I can always expect for my food to not be how I want it to be. Asking for extra crispy (well done) wings must be against the law in this place because you never get them. They barely be even cooked anyway. The workers give the worst customer service I ever experienced. I swear to god, I will never set foot in that store again and I hope this review reaches and they believe me because you will be highly, HIGHLY. Disappointed. Close this place down please!!!!!
