I do not understand why everyday we call this number is always busy they either not take it online orders did not answer the phone and it's always busy for pick up orders I mean y'all need to go to a whole new work crew like really cuz the ones who work there are garbage
I ordered online 30 mins ahead just to not wait, only to arrive and be told my order has even been started yet. I don't know why I even goto this wingstop anymore. Been sorry since before covid lol
The food wasn’t terrible, but the service was absolutely ridiculous! Took over 30 minutes for us to get our food! I could have eaten quicker at Fleming’s than here! Absolutely ridiculous! They need to get their shit together!
Customer service from whoever the evening manager who worked on march 25 2025 is garbage Put me on hold in the middle of me trying to explain to her i did not get all of my food I spend at LEAST 120 a week for my boys here a week My son originally called and she did the same thing to him I had to call from my other cell She never came to the counter They already have a history of being slow but apparently they take your money bit don’t appreciate their customers Trash establishment
Zero sense of urgency and professionalism.
Wings were uncooked and fries had too much seasoning and cold and soggy. Wish I could give a zero never again they need to close the doors. Customer's were bringing back their orders when I was there on Sunday it's just sad can't get good food in Gonzales . The service was terrible on Airline Hwy Gonzales Louisiana.
I would not recommend no one to go their their is a couple of ladies with bad attitude 😒 really bad 😒I should said the one in Gonzales La really bad they work in the evening really bad 👎 😕
I came into this location today to place an order which went smoothly. The issue came in when this Rachel lady, which really made me feel uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. The way that Rachel spoke to the staff was just unacceptable! Rachel was very rude, very unprofessional, & very disrespectful in the manner in which she not only carried herself, spoke to the staff, but also represented this franchise. Just dreadful!
Rachel literally talked at the staff as though she owned them. How could you possibly think that it’s okay to disrespect all of those adults working for your company? Not only did Rachel talk at these grown people & question them, but she did this in front of not only myself, but several other customers.
Ultimately, Rachel ended up having police officers come out for a situation that she caused & could have avoided or defused, had she had any respect for the staff actually running the establishment. An employee was escorted & taken into custody & I felt so badly for that employee. My only suggestion is that you guys instill some level or respect into Rachel. I’d hate to see someone to be let go, but Rachel does more damage to this Brand than whatever she was meant to do. The food was great, the staff was great & friendly! Rachel…. Not so much!
Rachel would literally be the reason I’d not return to this establishment !
Music was so loud that people ordering couldn't hear the person taking their order. So loud that I didn't even have the patience to ask them to turn it down before I ordered. Checked the reviews for this place and knew I had to leave. Frozen wings too.
I have been to a few Wing Stops and this one was not the greatest to me. It seemed dirty and the bathrooms were dirty also. The food was not that great as the fries were very greasy, burnt, overdone, and the wings were overcooked. It's a try at your own risk.

Fast, friendly service!
I placed my order at 7:00 for my food to be ready for 7:30. When I approached the counter at 7:30 and let them know O was there for a mobile order, they told me they were waiting for fries.. I then proceeded to wait 35 minutes for my fries and wings to be cold.
I ordered food from here and I only did it take two hours to get my right order. There was also a bunch of bugs in my food.
TODAY WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!! First red flag, 5 workers leaned up against a car smoking in front of the building. Second red flag, The only worker still inside tells me that they are "online only" and I have to place my order online in order to honor the Tuesday special. I tried to use the site but it kept crashing. I asked her about door dash and she told me to do it that way. Mind you, theres been 4 orders placed on the register, no problem. Also, these are people that they clearly know. One guest said she came in on Sunday and the lady told her they were "Online only" and the same lady that told me today they were "online only", told her friend that their never just online!!! So clearly that's what they say to do less work or whatever they gain from lying. By then I had already placed the order on Door dash. I'm asking them so they see the order and they were acting like they were too busy to see. So when my order showed "ready" on the app, it was a pickup address in BR. I contacted Door dash to ask why that happened... RED FLAG #3!!! Door dash said the location I was at was OFFLINE!!!! They also told me I can't get a refund. So after all that, no food and I lost $15. Worst customer ever in life!!!!!!!
