Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The most unprofessional service I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. When I got to the window to get my food I paid and received my drink. Sat there for 7 to 10 minutes then I had to pull up and wait another 10 and when the other girl brought my food out, she slung it into the window with a “here you go.”

I like Zaxbys there what and what with Canes nowadays. Like Zaxbys fries way better as well as their Texas Toast. Gonzales location had quick, friendly service and the food was hot and delicious. Good option on Hwy. 30 for a quick lunch or dinner.

Been eating at this location since 2015 and since covid it has just gone downhill, you go in half the time no ones at the register the service is lousy then you get your food and its barely any fries, hard toast, mushy wings, ive gotten burned so many times doing an online order and just picking it up without checking the bag, so many times im over it, most the time ill just drive the 30 mins to antioch location or millerville even tho i live closer to this one thats how bad it is, Love the food but this location is horrible, dont get me wrong sometimes its hitting but most the time i tell people i like zaxbys over canes they call me gross, then it turns out theyve only ever had this location and thats why they think that….. mind you this been going on a few years now i truly dont know how they are still open, you go to the antioch location or the millerville one and its a completely different vibe whole different plate of food they actually give you good quantity and quality over there, dont get me wrong you come here and ask the manager to get you right hell usually fix your order but its just the point. save yourself some time and money most the time the food is trash, this is from a die hard zaxhead

They had no fried chicken and only salads available at 3pm Saturday. A salad probably would have been ok, but my last 2 visits, I purchased a salad and the top looked ok, but the next layer down was all brown and wilted. I assume the preparer thought it wouldn't be seen, but I like to transfer my salad into a big bowl to enjoy. So I saw everything. Now the cashier was very nice but stated that they had been having trouble with their fryers for a couple of days. Well if that's true, Zaxby's being a large company, either new fryers should have been put in on the previous business day, Friday or a repairman present. Really disappointed that Zaxby's were caught slipping. Hopefully I can update my rating soon....

Don't go there after 8:30pm unless you're going through the drive through. The doors will be locked and it's sad

This Zaxbys is the absolute worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to in my life. It was so empty because nobody wants to go to this god awful place. I’ve been to Zaxbys all over and the food is always amazing but this food on this establishment is so horrible. I recommended going to the zaxbys to Baton Rouge just a little further. The only good thing was the sauce. I threw away my food because of how awful it was the chicken taster raw. They were out of almost everything including ice. DO NOT COME HERE!

Ah yes, Zaxby’s—the sacred stop on every road trip, the place we always defend in chicken-related debates. Loyalty? Unmatched. But today… today they served me a chicken tender that looked like it gave up halfway through being a chicken.

Short. Fat. Chewy. It had the texture of a gym mat and the flavor of “we tried.” I didn’t know whether to eat it or enter it into a strongman competition. I genuinely considered offering it back to the kitchen as a stress ball.

Is this the reward for years of devotion? For hyping y’all up like the Beyoncé of fast food chicken?
Nah. I’m kickin’ this chicken. It’s been real, Zaxby’s—real chewy. 🐔✌️

This was our first stop at a Zaxby's. The service was quick, pleasant, and he helped us through the choices some. The food come out quick, was very good in all respects with good portions, and abundant sauce. Only knock was they were out of a couple beverage choices on their soda fountain, but overall found it a great place.

Their chicken strips, fingers, etc., are a great alternative to say….Chick-Fil-A or Cane’s. Their pieces are more along the lines of strips or fingers as opposed to nuggets or bites.

Clean dining areas restrooms and parking lot. Attentive service.

The big drawback for me is that everything is high carbs and sugar. Even the salad has breaded fried onions. You can do better folk's. Also working public internet would be nice.
