Went through drive thru and the lady was talking to someone while I was trying to order. At the window to pick up my food the lady said it was a large. The one who took the order was very rudely saying that I should have said that when I ordered and that it gets on her nerves when people do that. If she was paying attention when I was ordering then she would have heard my order. VERY RUDE employees.

Terrible service. Dined in. Ordered food from app. (3 kids meals and a meal for myself) Food came at a reasonable amount of time. But, the workers seem to ignore customers. Accidentally gave us 3 apple slices when we ordered extra fries. A mistake, I completely understand, but to finally get an employee to the counter, it took about 5 minutes. Another 25 minutes to get the fries. (I'm just glad my grandkids were still eating and patient.) After they finished, I ordered them sundaes that took 20 minutes to get.

Back in 2009, McDonald's kept a TV inside playing the news. It was usually about Michael Jackson's death. In 2010, McDonald's was still playing the news and they were still talking about Michael Jackson's death. I hate the news, so I'm glad Mcdonalds doesn't play it anymore. But I am missing the MJ updates. Maybe Mcdonalds could keep a radio at each table, just so we know where they stand with everything regarding the Prince of Pop.
Poor customer service. No one was in line ahead of me when I placed my order. I drive up, get handed a bag. Pulled off, realized it wasn't what I ordered. Drove back around, advised I got wrong order. She checked receipt, defensively she rang it up correctly, let them know at next window. Waited behind two vehicles, finally get to window, inform her I received someone else's order. The lady behind her clarified my correct order. They prepared it, she handed the girl my order, she unapologetically and unpolitely passed it to me. Not one word.

The Mccrispy sandwich was not made the way it was supposed to be and the fish sandwich was sloppy with a squirt of sauce ?but the fries ? were good ?... Half of the drinks were out. I'm the one that cut the sandwich in half
