“I love the environment. It’s so cute inside. Definitely always a joy. Staff is always nice. Idk about this one girl today. She was mugging. I asked if they could make it a kitchen sink no one said they didn’t know what that was. I was handed my drink which was so pretty and tasted amazing. I noticed though that the caffeine was 115mg. The girl mugging asked me if I wanted it to be added. Just out of the vibe I got from her I didn’t even want to make her day even worse. My transaction happened around 4:28pm. Understandable that the store is closing at 5. It just didn’t look like the guy Luke was having a bad. I pray her day or month gets better. Love the variety of drinks. Also love how they have incorporated waffles and protein bowls now. Such a great idea.”

“We love China King! They keep the buffet filled right up until closing. Not a huge buffet but good options. More options when ordering. Take out is usually pretty fast. Call ahead and my large order is ready in 30 minutes. We’ve never had anything bad there. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious!”

“We were looking for a quick dinner tonight and since we have never had Popeye’s we swung into this location. I wish I had gotten some of the employees names but we didn’t. The young lady who took our order was very patient with us as it was our first time at a Popeye’s. She was adorable to us. So helpful. The young man who gave us our food was a sweet human. After we drove away we realized we didn’t have a sandwich. So we went back. Started at the drive through again. “She said, “Oh yeah! You forgot your sandwich, we were trying to catch you”. We pulled up to the window and everyone was just so cute. They were all obviously so happy to see us come back. The employees that were working tonight (5/4/26) Deserve a big kudos. It was so great to see a group of young people working hard and caring about their customers. So even though I don’t know any of their names, I want to thank each of them personally. PS: the food was great too. We will definitely visit a Popeye’s again while traveling. ❤️”

“Back in 2009, McDonald's kept a TV inside playing the news. It was usually about Michael Jackson's death. In 2010, McDonald's was still playing the news and they were still talking about Michael Jackson's death. I hate the news, so I'm glad Mcdonalds doesn't play it anymore. But I am missing the MJ updates. Maybe Mcdonalds could keep a radio at each table, just so we know where they stand with everything regarding the Prince of Pop.”

“For a little random spot near a jobsite, it was great. Nashville chicken sandwich was awesome. Their portions are large and I swear my buddy got the biggest damn burger I've seen. Unassuming on the outside, cozy and cool decor on the inside. I'll definitely be back.”

“Incredible place to visit, the area is beautiful and we had a great experience on the tour. Our children ended up being problematic but the manager was so sweet. She allowed my wife and me to partially join a later tour (although she even offered us a full tour) and appreciate the beauty of the home and property.

It's worth it to visit and they have a nice restaurant adjacent which is worth eating at. Great experience”

“Found this incredible spot while visiting local plantations while on vacation from Colorado. It's a MUST try. The shrimp po'bo was delicious. The sweet tea perfect. Everyone loved their meal and the price was so affordable. Real Louisiana cookin' . We will be back!”

“This little hiiden gem was a very pleasant surprise. The sign is missing out front, so don't miss it driving by. The building is older and at first glance you are not sure what your going to get. After walking in to see the owner sitting at a table and her daughters serving and have a great conversation with her you feel like you just joined a family at their home table. The food finished out the home cooking feel and was amazing. The fried chicken was so delicious. Don't let the outside fool you this place was so inviting and served great food.”
