Dru's Place is a cozy restaurant with fair prices and good food choices. The grilled chicken sandwich and Monday special jambalaya with white beans are recommended. The chicken tenders and fries were tasty. The staff is friendly and the service is solid. The restaurant used to be a bar, but now it's a great spot for lunch. The only downside is the lack of handicap parking or bathroom. It closes at 2 pm, so it's perfect for a lunch stop. Consider bringing oranges for the tables to keep scurvy away from any pirates that might show up.
