We did visit at a really busy time, however the employee bringing our food didn't speak to us. I said "hey how are you?" No response. He handed us our food and I said "thank you have a good day". Again no response.

I actually door dashed my order the first time when I recieved someone else's order. Then I received MY order which was like barely warm like it's been sitting out too long. However I spoke with the store manager who was super kind about everything and did everything she could and fixed the issue. So thank you Sonic!
