When I first had Antoine's 2 years ago they were outstanding! They gradually got worst. Today, I don't know what happened. They were oily, dark and flat... just trash. Horrible. I'll wait another 2 years before returning.

The king cakes are approved by my family. It was gone in 3 days. Usually it takes 8-10 days to go through a medium one. As soon as I cross the GNO bridge my mind is set on stopping at Antoine's.

Every year I come here to get a birthday cake it's a issue, the customer service is horrible the workers always seem to have a attitude on top of the fact that I placed a order two weeks ahead of my birthday which is on Christmas Day and they still tried to give me a whole different cake on Christmas Eve that I didn’t ask for or preorder. Then didn't want to fix the issue saying there decorators left for the day until I asked for a refund now all of a sudden they can fix the issue. The cake is still very ugly and a waste of $50 why take preorders if you can't fulfill the actual orders and your workers don't even respect the customers when there dead wrong on top of trying to go back and charge people more because your workers forgot to do that when the order is placed and not paying attention to anything people are saying just putting anything on the paper. Baby if I could give yall a 0 I would they don't even go over which each gold look like or nothing just try to sale you anything to get you out of there. Now I have a ugly ass cake that looks brownish orange trying to be passed as a “gold” for my birthday!

Been patronizing this place for many, many years, but unfortunately over my last couple visits everything has gone down hill. Got a king cake last year, worst I’ve ever had. My favorite has always been the buttermilk drops and I get them every time I go, hands down the best. Not anymore. They were SO DRY, misshapen, and had barely any icing. It looked like whoever made them did not care at all. Some were normal size, others looked like bite size. The lady waiting on me was also not very friendly. You’d think with as much as I paid for these buttermilk drops that they’d be so tasty, but they failed miserably. I won’t be back. So sad.

Horrible customer service!!! Went in for what used to be a tradition of Birthday cakes for everyone in my family. While patiently in line, skipped by a terribly rude customer, with the staff knowing. Staff in turn satisfies the rude customer with the cake I intended to purchase.

This cake was very nasty and stale and too much filling I called to let them know about the dislike of the cake and she was very Rude i wanted a refund they don’t stand behind there products should have been offer a credit or something but nothing was offered I usually get cakes from creative cakes but they are out of business Never again and I hope they aren’t as rude with their customers as she was with me on the phone
