I watched as this woman’s order was called she walked back up to the counter. I’m assuming they had to remake her order. The tan skin, curlyHair girl told her that she would have to take back the order that was messed up and they gave her the fresh one. She had been eating it. The lady said well the lady gave them to me said y’all were just going to throw them away anyway. She said she knows she just had to take them back. She thru it in the trash and the lady said well can I get another sauce y’all just thru my sauce away the girl said she would have to charge her a dollar for another. The lady asked if she could just please have another sauce. The girl handed her the card reader. The lady clearly upset now grabbed her bag and walked off. The next order came to the counter. The lady asked for 1 regular pretzel and 1 regular sugar with a cheddar sauce and icing. They run her card, bag her food and hand her the bags. It’s the nuggets, the lady said I didn’t ask for this I wanted regular. Now this Asian-Chinese American woman (my apologies if she’s not) is ringing in the orders. She tells her she’ll have to re-ring in her order. She over charged her so she had to cancel the card payment and swipe her card again. Some how the Anne’s worker (asian woman) gets upset with the lady because she’s upset she had to have her card ran twice because the worker wasn’t listening. She started yelling “it’s okay , it’s okay” causing a scene. The lady was calm, a bit upset but cool she said I know if you would got my order right. The worker looses it and I even had to jump in and tell her she was wrong. I told her she’s yelling at this lady as if she messed up her order. She was cutting up so bad I didn’t want the pretzels no more nor did several other customers behind me who witness this behavior. She said good leave. We asked for cooperates number and her name she said shanayna, cool shanaynay. They have a number posted on the plastic I took a picture and picture of the worker. I walked away. Called the number to file a complaint and it’s not the right number!! I went back I asked the girl at the counter for a card. She said she don’t know she just started working there. I went to were they were making pretzels and looked for the worker and told her that is not cooperates number that is some people taking care of pregnant women. She yelled at me clapping to google it. That was it, she got to irate for my liking and she needed to be told about her careless behavior with customers. She threatened to call the police I told her please do. She comes from the back on the phone like she’s so scared now, trying to keep the peace when in the picture below she’s literally begging us to call cooperate. Mall security came and they can’t do much. So I just left. I googled the number and they are closed today but promise you and me there will be calls made on her behalf. The passive aggressive behavior she just try to pull is life threatening for some and was not cool.

Today I was there and was going to order but I saw this Asian chick dis respecting this lady and being really rude because her Autistic son was making noise! Having friends with Autistic children I would never spend a dime at this place again! Avoid at all cost! PLEASE do not support places like this!

Never have a problem using a coupon in Georgia with getting a cinnamon pretzel versus a salt one. I am allergic to salt. I used my coupon. The cashier did not want to take my order and the another member took my order. She asked did I want her to count my change back out to me? Isn't that what they are suppose to do? This place is rude and nasty. She gave me a plastic bag earlier but I had to ask for one once I picked up my 2 pretzel dogs. This is crazy

I would give no stars if i was allowed bc the owner who wears glasses is beyond rude. I understand you're busy, I see you but you're a place of business and should behave that way. I work in the mall and had been waiting 20 min for a pizza, I saw her give my order to someone behind me. When I asked her about it she raised her voice at me and became passive aggressive. I know for a fact she made a mistake, we all need to own our mistake. I will not be coming to this location anymore and encourage others not too. I don't enjoy being mistreated, I will take my money elsewhere.

Hi Megan Charles, there must be some sort of misunderstanding. Let us know if you need Napkins/straws/ketchup or mustard. Our Director of Operations from Corp recommend us to put away the condiments during this pandemic and Corp doesn’t allow us to accept tips over the counter. They don’t allow sampling either. Hey it might change one day ?Employees turn to shift leads and management for questions that need answers. T-Mobile Tuesday has always been accepted at this location. Just not this pass july due to some problems we were having. Hope this helps. Lakeside is also a good option too if you choose to. Hopefully you’ll give us another try too! It’s an amazing staff, always smiling, asks if we want dip or drink. They always have a positive attitude and make sure everything in the warmer is fresh. I never had a problem here, would definitely recommend to my friends and family. They have a great variety of food and drinks. Love love it here!

Pretzels are always fresh and hot. They bought back the raisins pretzels. They make everything fresh and are friendly. I don’t know what the other reviewers are saying, but I’ve never had a problem. The new management is way better than the old one. I’m guessing some folks are just having a bad day and will write anything down.

I use to love this place until the change of management. The mangement/owner is rude & tight. She put all the condiments up; my kids ask for a straw she said why?? Maam we bought 3 drinks we need a straw.She doesn't allow the employees to talk when taking your orders she interject to say "we don't do that anymore here." Oh if you have TMobile Tuesdays forget it even if you tip the employee(s) she act like she want the tips SMH. She's really running this location in the ground. Lakeside Mall for us. Never going back here.
