Our first experience was November 8, 2025x. They did a birthday cake for 40 people for my grandson’s birthday. The cake design was absolutely perfect, moist, deliciously flavored. Many people commented on the cake and wanted to know who made it. Thought we would have done left over; however, only some crumbs remained. People went back for seconds. Highly recommend this bakery and will use next month for my granddaughter’s birthday party and any other birthday gatherings.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s 13th birthday, who loves cake but has a nut allergy. The wonderful staff at Bae’s offered to order yellow cake mix since the other preferred flavors have almond extract mixed in! The cake was moist, delicious and designed perfectly! Bae's did a phenomenal job on our wedding cake. From the minute we met with the owner, until the night of the wedding, I was beyond happy with everything! The cake looked and tasted absolutely amazing! she took my vision and executed perfectly! Also, my husband's grooms cake was a hit! Apologies :). This is a great bakery my Fiancee stopped by and began following when she was getting ideas for a wedding. Altough we are not doing a NOLA wedding, I would still recommend stopping by. Delicious cakes, beautiful designs, and nice staff.
The cake flavor was pretty good, the chocolate buttercream icing was way too sweet that everyone scraped it off. We ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream 6” tall. When my mom picked up the cake, it was in the box backwards which was weird?? She didn’t think about it because she was more concerned that it was in a box that didn’t close. Seems like a bakery should have boxes for their regular size cakes. The employee showed her the cake prior to giving it to her but held it up high as if she was hiding something and then quickly taped it up. When she brought the cake home (right around the corner) and I saw it, I turned it around and there was a huge bump on the outside of the cake! ON THE FRONT! No wonder they had it in the box backwards, it seems as if it was purposely hidden. It was too expensive for having that big bump on the front.

Literally the best bakery!! Every time I go in Hope gives the most amazing personable service. She did my wedding cake and I got tons of compliments! A friend in town for the wedding said it was the best wedding cake she has ever had! 3 tier funfetti cake with strawberry cream cheese, cookies and cream and lemon fillings!!
