The workers over here are so disrespectful, plus they charged my daughter a “kids meal” just because she had 1 fry and she didn’t eat it either way, I told the lady “She didn’t even take a bite” She told me “it doesn’t matter we still charge” shes TWO YEARS OLD!!, how is she going eat a whole meal at a buffet?!
So I ate here last night and was appauled at how the restuarant was. First their sign had missing letter lit up. Inside was dim lights although they have many lamps. Some bulbs were blown and the lamps were very dusty. When ready to eat, they had paper plates and plastic forks available only! Paper plates and plastic forks people! The food was luke warm like it's been sitting there for more than a few hours and it wasn't very tasty. I wanted to ask a server if they were going out of business or struggling with finances but I didn't. My husband and I simply left. Was NOT an enjoyable experience. Never again.

"A Culinary Nightmare and Horrible Service"
Chopstix Buffet in Gretna, 91 Westbank Expy ste 360, turned out to be a complete disappointment. From the first bite, it was clear that the quality of the food was alarming. The fries, which promised to be a simple side, were greasy and soggy, making them unpleasant to eat. The seafood was overcooked to the point of falling apart. The sushi, which we expected to be one of the highlights, was a disappointment. The variety was limited and the flavors were off, as if the fish was old or stale. Other seafood dishes had a mushy and overcooked consistency, indicating that they had likely been cooked in advance and reheated multiple times. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the food to the supervisor, he was rude and unwilling to resolve the issue. He dismissively informed us that we had to pay the bill regardless of how bad the food was, and suggested that if we didn't like it, we could go to another buffet. It's important to note that the total price for the four of us was $80, which in no way justifies the quality of the food and service. The situation escalated further when the supervisor decided to call the police. Sadly, the police had been to the restaurant on several occasions for similar reasons, indicating that these types of incidents are not isolated. In summary, our experience was a culinary nightmare and a clear example of deplorable customer service. The food was low quality, an the supervisor's attitude was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The worst Chinese buffet ever , for the price for Sunday buffet is ridiculous when there’s nothing special about it .the food have no taste Very unsanitary to be using styrofoam plates , if the food is hot it burn right to it . Plastic utensils!!! I should have know the sign outside say opstick fet that alone is a disappointment . Never eat here employee stay on their cellphone .

Foods was not flavored correctly, some of it would be on the verge of being spoiled or is spoiled. The only thing worth eating was the coconut shrimp and sea food delight but mixed together. My girlfriend had some of the honey dew and it was spoiled. We just paid and left cause I already knew they wouldn’t compensate us or anything!!!! Don’t go!!!!!
