Walk in lobby at 2:55pm did not get waited on until 3:08pm. Lady (Jada) at the counter walked away and left 3 customers plus myself waiting yo order. The staff is very unprofessional, workers (3)sat around in lobby while customers waited for someone to come to the counter. I have been working in the food industry for 47 years and this is the worse I have ever seen... Will not patronize this store at 601 Terry Parkway ever again.

If I can give this churches 0 stars I would. This was my second d visit over here. Both times I attempted to go thru the drive thru first, but they were in btw shift changing and only had one worker. This particular time the drive thru line is was not moving at all so I went in. They didn’t have any chicken and when I mean any they didn’t have any chicken cooked. Ok so fine I still made the order because who don’t like fresh chicken I had a 2 piece biscuit with jalapeños and bomber. I waited 20 mins for the chicken when I went to check to see if it was done the worker told me he had to drop the bombers. I was literally shocked I’m like why u didn’t cook that while the chicken was still cooking she js scrunched his shoulders. I love churches but the customer service over here is horrible. I got a refund and will never stop here again.

Went through drive thru ordered 16 pieces mixed waited 26 minutes checked chicken all dark. Brought it back in and instead of giving me the white meat that was missing they threw the entire box in the garbage. Another 26 minute wait.

I am a frequent customer who usually enjoys the excellent service that this location provides on a daily basis. Today I came to place an order for only 2 pieces of chicken like I usually do and was told that it would be a 30 minute wait. The acting manager said that the staff has been playing around all day which is very unacceptable.

Every time I eat here my stomach begins to sound like the beginning of rack city. The mashed potatoes are the safest thing. The chicken is a laxative. If you’re trying to lose a little and can’t afford Ozempic - this place is ideal.
The food is really good and I’m glad this location is reopened but it still isn’t as good as the store in Westwego. The food there is worth the additional drive. Also don’t like early closing hours for the lobby nor the reason(s) why.
