Outstanding Service from Jake!
We placed an online pickup order today for our family of six, and were blown away by the incredible service we received. When we arrived, Jake (not from State Farm!) greeted us with a warm, funny, and friendly attitude that instantly made us feel welcome.
Our food had just been packed up and Jake reassured us that our timing was perfect--it was hot, fresh, and ready to go. We had ordered several different sauce flavors, and he took the time to confirm that everything was included. When he noticed the BBQ sauce was unavailable, he didn't just apologize--he made sure to pack some in to-go cups so we wouldn't miss out. That kind of attention to detail and care is rare.
Jake's exceptional demeanor made this pickup experience truly memorable. We're visiting from California, and this was our last quick bite before heading to the airport. Thanks to Jake, we're leaving with full stomachs and a lasting positive impression. We've already told our family out here about the amazing service, and we'll definitely be back on our next visit!

The store is supposed to close at 9, it’s not even 9 yet and they’re closed. This is ridiculous!!
Today, I did not have a good experience at this location. Hopefully more training is offered and a manager who knows what they are doing can stay to train the workers to be more effective and efficient at their jobs. I waited over 20 mins in line after others who waited for their order just to get the wrong blizzards and wait more for them to continue to get them wrong. Not sure what the problem was today, but someone didn’t know how to manage the business. Occurred on 5/17 from 7:26 to 7:40.

Terrible service! ordered a dounle flamethrower and got a cheeseburger instead with cold fries.Went back to correct the order and they took the old order back after we had drove 10 minutes back to restaurant. The rather throw away the food then give some type of credit for their mistake and inconvenience.

We really enjoyed our peanut buster parfait and blizzard and our take home boxes of buster bars and dilly bars. Service looked very prompt if you were in the drive-thru. We waited for what seemed like eternity at the counter just to place our order and then actually get our order. It was enough time to notice how filthy the soda fountain area, the floor and the booths were. Yikes! Might skip this location going forward. Too risky after seeing all that. I don't like to leave anything but great reviews, but I have to call it like I see it.
