I see why this place isn’t that busy. Today was my second visit here. I ordered through the drive-thru and pulled up to the window to pay for my food. I received my food first which was cool. The cashier tells me the total, I proceeded to ask her can I split the payment by using two different debit cards, she responded yes. I gave her my first card. I noticed she was taking awhile, so after a minute she comes and says it took the whole transaction off of it. She gave me my card back and did not apologize or anything for not handling the transaction correctly, and afterwards closed the window in my face. I took this as being very rude. Mistakes do happen yes, however an apology would have been nice. Customer service is everything! Gretna location has lost a customer for something so simple. Desiree please do better in the future, thank you.

Went inside and ordered and had to wait 40 minutes for a small order. People at the drive through got their food quickly as well as mobile orders but they weren’t really worried about the people that ordered inside. The staff was friendly enough but they either need more people or better delegation.

Fresh and worth the wait. Jake was so nice, and helpful. This was my first time ever at DQ. My little nephew and I had a lunch date while on the WestBank. I ate my hamburger in about 3 minutes. I had a bacon cheeseburger add bbq sauce with onion rings and a strawberry milkshake. It was so good and so fresh. I told my nephew that this will be our monthly outing.
This place was very busy and very impressive quick service these employees were very awesome

The guy at the window was very polite. Asked if I did a survey I could get a free small blizzard. I was asked to pull up and wait on my food. So I did the survey while waiting. And I gave him the code and he said {oh I don’t know anythabout that}. ?♀️ didn’t ask or anything. Came off kinda rude

The prices are ridiculous now. We paid more here than if we would have gone to Texas Roadhouse. All we ordered was 2 - combo meals, 1 - small sunday and 1 - small blizzard and the total was $35.91 ! Then I was told we just had to wait on the fries, funny how from the time I paid it took 15 minutes to get my my food and no they were not busy.
