All the times I've gone has been great. There was only one time the brisket wasn't cooked right. But will continue to go cause it's good.

Best Dickeys I've been to! The food was AMAZING!!!! The staff was very polite and helpful, the restaurant was clean and well stocked with condiments, etc. If you're nearby and you need a good meal, I'd highly recommend the ribs or the Fuego burger! AWESOME!!!

I used to love getting food from this place but now it's not even worth it for the food alone. The last two times, I was missing something from my purchase. I always get the XL pack for family lunch and there are four sides included. The last two times, I've had a missing side. Also, the last time I got that pack, I was charged over 100 dollars when the pack only costs 75 dollars plus tax. Simply put it I don't plan to ever go to this location ever again and will make the drive to Metairie instead.

I had a number 5. Presentation was excellent. Quality of meat was great. Meat was bland. No flavor. Fries were not crispy as advertised. Didn't complain because I didn't pay for the meal. But I expected more. You guys should reach out to McCormick and Company for a flavor solution.

Today is August 2,2024 I ordered a slab of barbecue ribs. The ribs didn’t have no taste. I ordered them at two 230. I didn’t get my food till 6 o’clock upon picking up the food order still wasn’t ready the service was bad and the food didn’t have No taste And this was at your Gretna location. You don’t have to worry about me ordering ribs from you all anymore.

I had my food delivered. I had brisket, pork ribs, barbecue beans and potato salad. The meat and the beans were great. Love the spicey barbecue sauce. The potato salad was good. For a chain restaurant very good. Wood recommend.

Food was pretty good. This was outweighed by the rudest employee I think I have ever encountered.
I mean a nasty bitter black woman who is obviously very unhappy with her life but hasn't got the wherewithal to do anything about it.
The owners have a problem on their hands.
