Cheap fast food bbq but at an extreme premium price which is insane. Super small portions. Basically like you are given a taste test of each item you order that’s how small it is. Three tiny pieces of whatever protein you order. Food comes with no drink. Menu is awkwardly places above your head. Ice cream machine basically has no flavor to it. Usually when you taste that it means the machine is poorly cleaned. Odd goofy looking staff, basically don’t really wanna work there but they can probably get no other better job. You pay 30$ for three tiny pieces of three different protein two tiny sides no drink…. Never coming back.

Unfortunately the service was really bad. The place looks nice, but when people doesn't care anymore, even the food goes downstairs.Fries had so much oil that i got a call from shell offering money. Came out not cooked not crunchy not salty not tasty.The sandwiches are small and looks like they're trying to put you on a diet. No meat, no carbs, low calories...Does it worth? Nah...It's a shame. Place has potential.

Ordered a three meat combo for delivery on ubereats and they didn’t put my beans or potato salad in the bag. Can’t even get a refund. $22 for 3 meats and 2 sides, and they didn’t bother giving the sides.

When to eat with my family the workers behind the counter were not wearing hair nets the food was ice cold and more than half of the items on the menu out of stock they have removed a lot of sides from their menu and the other half of what they say they have they don't price is ridiculous for the food I don't think we will be going back anymore

Fries were greasy and meat was dry. Drink, sauce station was dirty. Had to get prepackaged condiments because I didn't trust the containers to be clean.

I came to pick up order! No one is in charge. Service is non existent. Left and got my refund from Door Dash! P.S. After I canceled order due to worker incompetence they charged me after the fact another $10 bucks. That’s all u need to know. Goodluck Owner is full of bull! Had to credit dispute the money! $ ? ?? Walked in to pick up an online order. Was greeted to silence until I spoke and said I was picking up and order. The response was. Ughhhhh I'm about to leave, this is ridiculous, followed by "Is this your personal order?" We out of fries, what you want. I checked my order before I walked out the door. 2 meat plate was wrong. The Caucasian cook /maybe manager?, was walking back from the bathroom . Seen I was looking through my order and asked if everything was ok. He fixed the meat plate that was wrong. 2 side were wrong. Didn't catch that until I got home. It was a very unwelcoming environment. She "the cashier "was clearly not happy to be making money. The way she interacted with the guest is not what you would want from the face of your business .

Slow service, greasy food, dirty place. They have a sign in there that if you give them five star reviews and show them before you leave the restaurant they’ll give you a free burger on the spot if you’re wondering why they have a few decent five star reviews that’s why. Don’t be fooled.

The food is good , the service is chill , but the real big problem is the management. Nothing really seems clean not even the bathrooms or the fountain machine. I really feel bad for for the employees because they are also understaffed. It seems like there’s not a lot of people to help around. I would just skip on coming here.
