This review is for Domino's Pizza on Terry Parkway. I ordered a piece of about 6:00 p.m. Saturday night and at 2 a.m. I thought me and my wife was going to have to be rushed to the hospital that's how sick we got I reported it to the manager Sunday and she got real rude behind it and then said I was the only one that called back but that's the only thing me and my wife had to eat that evening.. won't be ordering a piece of from there no time soon

I placed my order at 8:50 pm I live about 5 min. Away I get to Dominos at 9:20 said that it wasn’t t ready at this time I said after waiting 10 minutes just bring it out right in front white Truck I am still waiting I saw 3 workers. It’s 9:40 still no pizza they aren’t t busy they finally gave it to me at 9:48pm

Food is decent, but the staff specifically the front end cashiers need to be trained on good customer service... Especially when pizza competitors are right across the street.

Never coming back I got a chair so I can take a seat lady told me to put it back that it was policy …the space is small and a 40 minute wait is crazy never coming back here again

This location *ALWAYS* goes above and beyond. We're always satisfied (especially with the service) and sometimes pleasantly surprised with coupons or extra sides. They're awesome 😎

Ordered online. Walked in to find smiling faces. It was clean. Music playing. My plan was to eat at home but this location has a few CLEAN tables. My pizza looked so good two other customers asked what I ordered. One man asked for a piece! Then stood over me while I ate. Grrr The lady making the pizza was super friendly. Quick. The 2 ladies working gave a nice vibe. Refreshing. Props to the ladies on duty, Domino!s. I will be back.
Ps The one on Manhattan is sad so I drove to Terrytown.

The staff is rude and disrespectful if I could rate 0 stars I would. The pizzas is also stale and either way it goes wether you want an refund or your order remade you’ll be waiting for 30 minutes or more

Ordered a pizza tonight after traveling for 12 hours. Upon delivery, we were excited to finally get something in our stomachs. When we opened the red peppers to begin our feast, we were caught off guard by the MOLD in our peppers. I called the store and asked for the manager, Percy, who yelled at ME for requesting a refund. I stated I wouldn’t be eating the order with MOLD and he had the audacity to request me to bring it back to the store. Like what? You deliver me something with MOLD, which could’ve caused great bodily injury if I hadn’t caught YOUR mistake - and you want me to get an Uber to bring it back? Calling corporate and the health department!!!
