I just recently got an order of t bone steak and eggs that is supposed to come with three pancakes but I only received two and I asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare. They proceeded to cook it medium well. That order is far too expensive for that sort of negligence when it comes to People’s food And I can’t even ask for my money back because the placed medium well on it even though that is not what I ordered. Horrible

This place was a ghost town. We were the only people there and it still took a while for the food to come out. The food was tasty tho and the waitress was nice. I would definitely go back in a pinch.

To be fair, what I was able to order was good. But when you've got a full IHOP menu in front of you and are told, from the entire menu, they're only offering 8 items at 10am on a Monday morning, unfortunately you can't really comment on food. The service was slow and robotic, despite being practically empty. There were ads posted for free wifi, but it wouldn't connect. I can't say I'll be back to this location.
Food was served cold. Had to send it back to be reheated. Wife's pancakes were not very good. How do you make a bad pancake, when that is your signature dish. The waitress we had was the only good thing about this place!

Restaurant needs a deep clean! Cleanliness: Floor was greasy. My family and I were slipping and sliding as we walked to our table. Utensils were grimy. We had to request plastic utensils. Drinks: There was no Coke, Dr. Pepper, or Rootbeer but instead of informing me she served me a cup full of acid. My family spent $89 and I would advise you to spend your money elsewhere.
