Oh my... the margaritas were awful!!! The food was actually good, but I can't enjoy Mexican food without a good margarita. Please work on them.

Let me start off by saying I’m not one to leave reviews and I’m not a picky eater by any means. That being said, I’m completely baffled by my experience at this restaurant. This food was absolutely trash. Why someone would open a restaurant to serve this nonsense to the public is mind boggling. I ordered the chicken tacos, I believe the chicken may have been from a can or boiled, either way there was absolutely no flavor and it was disgusting. I asked for hot sauce as a last effort attempt to make the taste like Mexican food and I was given Sriracha and Crystal. How can you call yourself a Mexican restaurant!? ?

I love this place - stumbled on it about 10 years ago when I lived in Atlanta. Moved back to NOLA and searched feverishly for it, I didn't remember the name. Driving around one day and Voila! There it was. This is the best Mexican I've had since I lived in California.
Great!!!! Wonderful. So refreshing that it hasn't changed since the last time I was there 30 years prior. Misty was awesome and food was delivered quickly.

OK, so I hope they don't mind me saying this, but this is quite the dive Mexican joint, but with a pretty solid set of basic menu options. The salsa is probably my top 5 favorite, and the beans are solid as well. Don't expect anything fancy however, the price and speed are right if you just want a in-and-out experience with some fairly solid Mexican food. The restaurant decor's a little dated, but the friendly waitstaff more then make up for it. Get ready for an extremely authentic Mexican soundtrack playing as well.

Classic west bank spot with fast service and good food. Love their bean dip.

Locally owned and family run restaurant. Not your typical Mexican style restaurant, but more of a Tex-Mex blend. Good food and service.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious, brought to our table fast, even at lunchtime!
Service is trash. Food is trash. Best thing they have going is the salsa. I wouldn't even give it a 1. Definitely white washed Mexican food
