I just had the best matcha from this place and I forgot to take a picture of it. The staff was patient with me when asking about sugar levels because I don't like my tea very sweet. I got an iced matcha with a half the amount of lavender syrup and it was PERFECT. I also got it with almond milk. I didn't stay long I just grabbed it and went but I should've gotten a large because I was sad when it was gone in one minute.

Stop in for coffee because I wanted anything but Starbucks. Heard it had good French pastries. I was a little disappointed with the selection and just grabbed an expresso and a tiramisu latte for my sis in law. Service was quick and fast, ambience was not what I was expecting, not French influences of any kind.

Coffee was hot and although could have been a little stronger sufficed. The item I wanted was the mini chicken salad in a croissant. The young lady was personable. I asked her how fresh they were and she replied last week. Friday she thinks. Most food safety sources say after 4 days it should be tossed. As even if it is kept at the proper temp spoilage and bacteria can grow. So it was a big NO for me. I went with a raspberry pastry. I didn't ask how old this one was but according to the staleness I would guess it had been there a few days also and hadn't been fresh in a while. The chocolate muffin I got for a treat later. Is also on the far side of being fresh. The sausage croissant after being microwaved and brought to proper temp. Was bland. It needed mustard or something. The barista was polite but rather over worked as she was the only one visible. There were two people at two different tables. One had her lap top out and work spread out. Her mother never taught her to keep her feet off the furniture. And the other was playing on her phone. Not sure if they worked there but they weren't consuming products. The total tab for two lattes. Two pastries and one sausage croissant. Was 30 plus tip. Was I impressed? Not enough to recommend or return. Be warned the large coffee is only 12 Oz.
Typically consistent, good coffee. Have probably spent well over $200 here w/ almost daily coffee and occasional baked goods for months, never had a problem before. However, had a not at all acceptable customer service experience today.I usually order a cappuccino these days, have gotten it 15+ times now, usually always good. I know what it should taste like, and today it tasted acrid and burnt. No big deal, I go back and just ask them to remake it so it tastes the same as the other times. In response, the cashier implies I am lying (I'll be a doctor in 4 months, I'm not going to lie about burnt coffee...), attempts to get me to pay for the replacement until the manager okay-ed it, and then put my replacement order at the back of the queue, extending my wait for an issue that was due to the shop and had already wasted 10 minutes of my time.This is annoying given the location is so convenient, but I'm not going to continue paying a company that engages in this form of service. As constructive feedback: this was an unnecessary customer service approach to a very common, routine, and easily fixable situation.

Stopped in and grabbed a chai latte, a dark chocolate mocha (with almond milk), a chocolate muffin, and a ham and Swiss croissant. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful! I could have eaten 3 more of the croissants - it was so good! The shop has a very peaceful atmosphere and though we didn't get to try them, all of the pastries in the case look phenomenal. The prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely worth the visit!
