Horrible service the lady who takes the order is nice, but the lady at the second window in the morning is rude,lies, and purposely gets orders wrong, makes the worse coffees. She NEEDS TO BE TRAINED CORRECTLY HORRIBLE MEAN WOMAN AN SHE KNOWS WHO SHE IS. The must owe me 10 refunds. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY ARE RUDE AND WILL PURPOSELY MESS YOUR FOOD UP IF YOU CATCH THAT WOMAN

This location is supposed to be 24hrs but when I come in the middle of the night the staff tells me they’re closed, this has happened often, it’s like you have to catch them on certain days..I work overnight, I also work 16hr shifts so it’s really annoying when I drive to grab food late at night hoping to get a quick hot meal only to drive back to work empty handed.. if they do decide to take my order the staff is always rude, like they’re upset that customers are coming to get food.. and my food always taste like it had been sitting out for hours, then reheated. The only reason I go back is because my options are very limited in the middle of the night, every now and again I get a good worker that handles me and my food with care but that’s very rare.. please do better

I ordered the 4$ meal from the app and let me just say my bacon tasted a little funny I originally ordered a medium frappe not knowing my whipped cream was gonna be pink kinda threw me off . So I made sure to take a sip and it was wayyy to watery didn’t even taste like coffee soo I asked the lady to switch it for a orange juice and the cup I have looks like a small cup (originally ORDERED MEDIUM FRAPPPE )so I should’ve gotten a MEDIUM orange juice but didn’t little did I know the orange juice was going to be watery as well like yall gotta do better I won’t be getting breakfast from this location again i wouldn’t recommend.2/10

This lady is a bad woman, she literally throw my food at me and called me that I should decide fast and not slow, I only asked her to change my french fries to double becquse I don't wanted the apples, she grabbed the apples throw them away and throws my fries at my bag. Not only with me but also with another man she starts screaming at that man. She is so disrespectful seriously🤦♀️

This is my second time coming through the drive-through with the same person. They always wanna have a attitude when you order your food. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years and I never saw her on the drive-through register till the last two months every time I come in the morning, she has a stink Attitude like she don’t wanna work. I feel like if you don’t wanna work then get the job to someone that does I can’t remember her name, but she. Wears a lot of makeup to cover her face. I hope nobody else experience what I experience every time she’s in the window. This makes me not wanna even order nothing from this establishment anymore.
