Don’t say you are open 24 hours when really you are closing earlier than advertised. I ordered from here just now and the drivers kept disappearing. Luckily the last person who was there called and said that they were closed. Please be honest and change the hours because that is ridiculous.

This location is supposed to be 24hours however no one is coming to take orders. Several cars have gone away, I waited in line 15 minutes only for no employee to come to the intercom, I’ve tried calling but the phone is apparently off the hook. This is the 3rd time that I have experienced this at this location which is very upsetting because I work overnight and this is literally the only place “ open “.

First of all, if I were someone from out of town, I would not be able to understand the fast, unclear words they’re speaking, then most if the time it’s done with a nasty attitude whether male or female. Then your order is incorrect, and if you say something is not right and you return the order, that’s a whole different story. The workers get mad at the customer for them getting it wrong. Lord, what happened to courtesy on the old Westbank of New Orleans?
