This place is trash. The sign is broken. You can’t see to order. I waited five minutes at the speaker. No greeting. Said hello, no response. Pulled to the window was told to go around again and order. Go to any other fast food place. Not this one.

Seems like every time I go to this location there is a problem with my order. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese with no onions. There was no bacon again (everytime I order this meal). Onions on the burger. I ordered 3 combo meals for me and my family and was up charged for our drinks for some reason. All of the drinks were mediums so I don't know what the up charge was for. When I asked the employee she just said she don't know why. I asked for her supervisor and she said she don't know where she is. The McDonald's corporation has really gotten terrible.

Service is horrible. Everyone’s on their phone. No one’s in a rush. Hashbrowns are cold probably as old as an hour and I was told you had no ketchup. How do you not have ketchup unbelievable.

Worst experience ever! The workers got my order wrong so I asked them to make it again and then one of them started to yell at me! The worker yelled at me to pull up and wait but based off my past experience, when I went to a parking spot to wait, they make you wait a long time and I didn't want to do that, so I left. They yelled at me for no reason and I saw that disrespectful. Never again!!!!
