By far,the WORST McDonald's I've been to. I went through the drive through to order food. I got 3 orders of 6 piece nuggets and drinks. They were out of ketchup,so I asked for a extra bbq sauce since the kids prefer ketchup. Got to the second window,the guy was giving me all of the wrong drinks. I reminded him about the extra sauce. He claimed it was already in the bag. When I got to the house,I noticed one of the orders was a 4 piece nuggets and look like my forest was already eaten, on top of it being lukewarm. It's always something a issue going here. I only go because it's so close to the house. The only good thing about this place is that the ones that takes the order through drive thru have pleasant attitudes. Other than that it's horrible. I'm thinking about if I should call corporate

Went through drive thru. Thought it would be quick with only 2 cars ahead. Ordered large iced mocha and sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I paid fast then at 2nd window nobody came for several mins. The spare time I accounted for the stop was busted. Lady finally comes to the window w/my food and drink. The drink is in a hot beverage cup. But it's iced, I can hear the ice. It took me for surprise. So I asked if that's how they come now. She just said "yes". I drove off, tasted my drink. All whip and chocolate drizzle and no flavor...no mocha. Id say it was 8 min wait total with 5 waiting for the service and food. Not good service. Acknowledgement goes a long way.

This McDonalds had upped their quality very much for a good while and quickly went back to the bad customer service. Everytime we want to order we’re ignored and when we leave and drive by the drive thru we see that the person who’s supposed to be taking orders is always on the phone sitting down or nowhere to be seen.

I always go to McDonald’s but this time McDonald’s will never get my money at all I literally had food poisoning from just eating fries and a sweet tea literally I have my paperwork and all I done threw up and it gave me the worst headache that sweet tea gave me a pounding headache and the fact me and my daughter ate it together and drink the tea she was sick as well and my kid is 4 never ever again I’m getting McDonald’s from there or any other McDonald’s

This is by far the WORST Macdonalds on the westbank. I order the 5 dollar bag for my grandchildren when I got home there were only 3 nuggets it comes with 4. I go back to get the nuggets they owe me. The manger is gonna say came back for one nuggets that wasn't in ur box. Yes! I said ncuz I paid for the 2 nuggets y'all didn't give me. And the fries r cold now so plz replaces the fries. I give them another try bcuz it's close to my house. I order online and wait forever for my order. It comes with 3 sauces I get home and there's 3. OMG really. I will take the trip to Belle Chase to get what I need for my grandchildren. This MacDonald's mangers here don't even care. The whole store needs retraining

I’m a Uber driver and I get pickups from here all the time and im going to be honest I had some horrible experiences managers nasty attitude lying saying they close when I know they open I work for jamjamor for over 5 years I was a assistant manager as well as GM SO OF COURSE I KNOW HOW IT GOES SO I WANTS TO SAY MY EXPERIENCE TODAY WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT I MET NIKKA WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE I LOCE HER ENERGY AND I FELT GOOD ABOUT PICKING UP AT THIS MCDONALDS AGAIN NIKKA IS AWESOME AND TELL HER TO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK WITH THAT BEAUTIFUL SMILE THANK YOU

Don't go here seriously. They let me sit for minutes and allow 3 cars to order before me. They have that split system wear two cars can pull up and one person take your order. While I'm sitting there several cars ordered before me on the other intercom. So I decide to pull up to the window. When I do that the young man states. "Oh I'm sorry that intercom doesn't work". I said, Why didn't they have a sign or something up? He ignored my question and proceeded to say. May I take your order? I told him what I wanted I said substitute my drink for a shake as per usual the shake machine was down. I immediately pulled out because the shake machine is always down or something is never working I hate this McDonald's. Please just move on and don't even go it's a waste of time. And believe me I can say this I have lived in this area for 17 years and never once has this McDonald's been up to par at all. The only place was the young man who want to take my order was very polite and kind. Other then that forget it.
