I’ ve to McDonalds and I’ve been treated the way i was treated tonight. An incompetent person was very rude when she attended me, that I can even say she was racist as she did not attend my call on the first place driving through and I had to go around the second time to get her attention on the microphone. As I was ordering she seemed to be sarcastic and made me feel like what I was ordering wasn’t important for her. I’ve been to several Macdonald’s and I hate to say this one is by far the worst one ever. I was absolutely a victim of racism because of my Hispanic accent, this person should be ashamed of herself for being in costumer service and not able to give a good one. By far,the WORST McDonald's I've been to. I went through the drive through to order food. I got 3 orders of 6 piece nuggets and drinks. They were out of ketchup,so I asked for a extra bbq sauce since the kids prefer ketchup. Got to the second window,the guy was giving me all of the wrong drinks. I reminded him about the extra sauce. He claimed it was already in the bag. When I got to the house,I noticed one of the orders was a 4 piece nuggets and look like my forest was already eaten, on top of it being lukewarm. It's always something a issue going here. I only go because it's so close to the house. The only good thing about this place is that the ones that takes the order through drive thru have pleasant attitudes. Other than that it's horrible. I'm thinking about if I should call corporate

Went through drive thru. Thought it would be quick with only 2 cars ahead. Ordered large iced mocha and sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. I paid fast then at 2nd window nobody came for several mins. The spare time I accounted for the stop was busted. Lady finally comes to the window w/my food and drink. The drink is in a hot beverage cup. But it's iced, I can hear the ice. It took me for surprise. So I asked if that's how they come now. She just said "yes". I drove off, tasted my drink. All whip and chocolate drizzle and no flavor...no mocha. Id say it was 8 min wait total with 5 waiting for the service and food. Not good service. Acknowledgement goes a long way.

I ordered a Mcdouble. Light Ketchup & mustard. I got loaded Ketchup and mustard and a hard bun. Didn't want to drive back because this is a 2nd time happening and the attitude was not positive. I must say the person taking the order was very polite.

This McDonalds had upped their quality very much for a good while and quickly went back to the bad customer service. Everytime we want to order we’re ignored and when we leave and drive by the drive thru we see that the person who’s supposed to be taking orders is always on the phone sitting down or nowhere to be seen.
