This used to be the better McDonald's. Granted, the service is better here. But this location does not understand that "extra onions" is not the same as "no onions" I'm not sure if they see "extra" and think "oh of course that means they want NONE! duh" or what. but it's frustrating.

I walked in today waiting to be served it took 15 minutes for someone to take my order the workers is sitting down some eating seafood I ask to speak to the manger and I was shocked that the manger was sitting down eating seafood too this is unacceptable worst customer service i ever experienced

This was a quick stop to satisfy the hunger of our grandson. McDonald's is a known winner for him. The speed of the service was a bit slow. There seemed to be adequate staff and only a few patrons. We miss the Quarter pound option but understand that a quality issue has temporarily removed it from the menu. Overall, the restaurant was clean. The furnishings were pleasant and a little more modern than I've seen in other locations. The staff were tired and appeared a little unorganized.
Management looks as if they worry about people looking at them instead of orders. One day I waved the manager down to ask for ketchup and jelly and the manager with the LSU shirt on ran to do another task. She opened the window and shut it fast. I think that managers should be in uniform. I don't have anything against universities but most people let a management or MacDonald title go to their head so much they can't focus on the real reason they r at work. If a customer s a manager down for condiments and the manager ignore the customer to complete another task then this manager need to take communication class at a university like LSU. Lack of communication isn't the key to management. These managers think that they r to good to react with customers. Remember this is a fast food not an engineer doctor or lawyers gig. Stop letting a McDonald's title go to your mc double head. Learn how to use your thick glasses and 4 eye sight the right way.

Side was god awful. She typed in the wrong information and was extremely upset that she was corrected. We had to go over the order 3 times before she finally said drive around. Asked her to repeat the order and oh my did she become upset! I asked for well done sausage and definitely didn’t receive that! I’ll say it time and time again, if customer service isn’t your skill by all means don’t take a job in that field! To the district manager, please provide training to your staff!

Today I went with my children who wanted their happy meal and with their Crocs, and it is a scam because I ordered 3 and since the box says Crocs, they put some ugly stuffed animals in them and I saw that they had the Crocs And if you buy it, it's for the toy and I also asked for 2 with burgers and they gave them to me with nuggets ?? And I told them why they didn't give me the Crocs if they have them Ayi and he said he didn't know
