Absolutely delicious! I had only had Banh mi in Cali from a place all my Vietnamese friends recommended. Tried a few places here and this is the Only place i go to now to get Banh Mi sammies and bubble tea! I love their coconut bubble tea with tapioca! **Only thing is they no longer have seating to dine in. (JAN 2023) I don't know if thats temporary but id check before planning to eat there vs just picking up.**

One of these best places to get bubble tea. Also one of the few places where i can get a banana blended into my frozen tea thing.
