i agree. tastes great but NO COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS. All i ask is how much caffeine per serving.. asked in an email, phone message, on FB..no response.

The coffee is great but I don't understand the service. I placed an order on Thursday, paid with paypal. It is now Friday, a week later. I have called the company number only to get a recording every time. I leave a message but no one ever calls back. I have no idea where the 6 large traditional coffees are and can't get an answer. The email address is not published on the web site. I don't have a Microsoft Outlook account and don't want to open one just to get in touch with NO Brew.Any answers?
