Ordered and dined in, soft shell crab & shrimp Remoulade combo. Shrimp Remoulade was good, but soft shell crab was the smallest one i've ever had. I was disappointed. They also take away the key to the soft serve, so you have to go to the counter to request the key. sad. Other than to deliver my food, no one came to see how everything was or if i needed anything. Sorry to say, I Won't be in a hurry to return anytime soon.

I tried their top billing double pattie burger. It was so-so and despite the fact that I asked for sauté onions and mushrooms, they didn't bother putting any on the side. Ambience is good and service is very good. But I wouldn't go out of my way to try their brew if there's no good food.

We stopped here to try out their food. This place is more of a fast food restaurant. You get in line and order. They give you a number and then bring you the food. We both got the shrimp sandwich and a side of gumbo. I did not like the gumbo. It didn’t have sausage and wasn’t spicy either. The sandwich was ok. A little dry. The people that work there are very friendly and attentive.

The service sucks and so does the incredibly shrunken catfish. On both visits, I ordered take out and everything was ready within 15-20 minutes but thankfully I was refunded for the second visit's food. I paid $38 for what looked like catfish nuggets. I do not recommend this place at Oakwood Mall.

Been to like 3 of these in last couple of months. Everyone has been really clean, quick service, great food and average pricing. Lots of choices to choose from. {recommend the burgers} will be back for sure. Great place for clients or taking some your top employees to for recognition

Service was quick and so friendly! We had our appetizers soon after ordering and loved the crawfish queso. I also recommend the chicken parm if you're feeling more on the Italian side of things. Our server was also so kind and fun to be around. Loved this place!

Definitely recommend this location! Everything had always been excellent from the gumbo to poboys to hamburgers and more. Always excellent customer service as well.
They literally never miss! I place to-go orders here all the time for a grilled shrimp Caesar salad. It's always made perfectly. The people here are always so sweet and hospitable when answering the phones and at the pickup register. I literally will come from Metairie to the West Bank location because I only like how they make the food here. I just called and Kevin (I believe) answered the phone. Very professional and enthusiastic. Breath of fresh air, thank you all for your friendly attitudes and kind service! And lastly, compliments to the people on grill and salad station, y'all soooo official

NOHSC is a fast casual restaurant, meaning you order at the counter, and a server brings out your food. They have self service soda fountains, and soft serve ice cream. The food is some of the best around, specifically for the money.

Anthony the bartender was the friendliest, hardest working bartender I've ever seen in New Orleans. The menu here is awesome, great catfish, New Orleans cuisine. Clean, socially distanced, Cajun environment. Highly recommend stopping by!

I got the seafood platter and the fish was paper thin. It's like eating just the fried skin. Warning, if you warm it up the next day you can't even tell it's fish, just skin and grease. But the fried green tomato and eggplant is good, and thicker too. The seasoning is slightly peppery so you won't need any hot sauce.
