This is our favorite pho place in the Nola area. The broth is absolutely alchemically delicious.Dietary restrictions: An easy place for gluten free folks to eat.

This is my favorite Pho Bang location. The service is usually good, and the food always tastes hot and fresh. They don't have the pork patty like the other location, they do actual pork pieces that are grilled perfectly. The broth has a rich flavor and good balance. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Great pho soup and great service.**UPDATE** The service is still great, however, the restaurant now uses the lowest USDA grade beef in its products. The sliced brisket was hard and had an unpleasant tallow taste that affected my appetite. The prices increased and the quality of food decreased. I was disappointed and now I will exclusively patronize the Manhattan location. ??

Wow... delicious food and excellent service. This place stands shoulder above the rest in the Vietnamese food space. The restaurant is clean with excellent service.

Terrible meal. Low quality meats. Employees were off putting. I don’t even know where to begin…worst $38 I’ve ever spent. Left full plates of food uneaten.

Everything is good here, but if you want to try something alittle more flavorful and spicy try the Bún Bò Hue ?

The best pho I’ve ever had. Best summer rolls I’ve ever had too (seasoned beef). Never been to a place that offers tripe & tendons in the pho. Tried a salty lemonade for the first time. Authentic Vietnamese food, as it says on the sign. Super delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

Beware the floors. I’ve worked in restaurants 20+ years. Flooring material is important. The type of tile used in this restaurant are DANGEROUSLY slippery. I visited with my siblings and brother in law.My brother got up to head to restroom to his hands as he slipped and fell. When he got up and sat back down another patron said that the floors were slick and demonstrated his shoes slipping on the floor as well. The response to this slip and fall incident from staff? Pretty lackluster. Our server didn’t say anything. The woman in charge was saying that it may be my brother’s shoes. She came over with a handful of napkins and handed some to him to wipe his shoes and to wipe down the floor near our table. No apologies nothing. The man that brought us our food later was also slipping around and nearly dropped our food. Other patrons coming into the restroom were also slipping around and there were a number of “Slippery when wet” floor signs were tucked around the restaurant ready to be put out if something occurred. Over the next 20 minutes 3 signs were put out onto the floor throughout the space (coincidence?).The food was fine. Nothing great and nothing bad. Service was below average. The response from management was non-existent.When I paid and brought up the floor incident, “manager” just said that I’d need to talk to the owners about this and wanted to take down my number. I expect this is something that happens on a regular basis and that they really don’t care given the lackadaisical responses. If in the area safe your money, time, and bodily health and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants to choose from.
