There were crock roaches crawling and the management just sitting as if he doesn't care. Nasty place and it seems that more elderly people eat there often. Please do better, they deserve better ?

I went to the restaurant in Gretna which I go to often but today was the worst starting with the young lady dishing my food with a nasty attitude. If this food had not been for my mother I would have walked out and left it on the counter. These youngsters need customer service training. Then the food wasn’t up to par on this day as well.

I went to Piccadilly in Gretna to pick up a quick dinner. The experience is never bad. However, I gave only a two star review solely based on service because of the manager in training Shay. A customer asked if a item was coming back on the line and Shay completely ignored her. Another customer stated maybe she didn't hear, but Shay's attitude change and Shay was hearing very well for the sheriff office employee who was similar complexion as her. Shay's attitude bothered me because she was going out her way and almost running over the line people but couldn't take the 5 seconds it would have took to answer another customer's question while she continued with her task. SHAY did not even acknowledge the customer. I just hope Shay gets training in adjusting her attitude for everyone that's spending there money. What a disappointment.

The service great and always friendly but had 1st time bad experience however I visit store all the time many yearsRude cashier on recept name was Nelissa HNot customer oriented and unpleasant shouldn't be the face of dealing with customers being a person in customer service myself. I called back spoke with manager Wayne he said he was going to talk with her but me being so upset I had to take to next level the Manger was very nice but cashier attitude. UnacceptableI have no problem paying for good service but her attitude I'd half to consider who is dealing with my food I wouldn't go back if she was I understand everyone needs a job but people like this can hurt a business .

We ate here Christmas day. Food was good. Service was excellent. Staff very upbeat and happy even though they were working on Christmas. Highly recommend.
