I called and ordered a pepperoni melt. When I got there a dude with dreadlocks gave it to me. When I got home and opened to eat it, it was a meat lover’s. I brought it back to the store and the same guy said, oh the oven is off and we can’t remake it. I asked can I have my money back. Oh we can’t give you your money back come back tomorrow. Then the other guy ask me you don’t want that like they were doing me a favor and giving me something I didn’t order. I said I don’t eat all that meat it will run my pressure up. I am very disappointed when I go back tomorrow I better get my money back. I feel like they gave me someone else’s order that didn’t pick it up. That’s horrible customer service

Nothing really positive about this store. Which is sad. I walked in Thursday evening to get an online order (I actually came early on purpose) because the last few times I've came my pizza seemed old an cold like what are yall doing just pre cooking pizzas with the average toppings?? So I switched up threw like onions in there on like hamburger and pepperoni NOPE DIDN'T WORK THE CRUST WAS STILL VERY STALE AN WEIRDLY SO WERE THE TOPPINGS AN NO NOT LIKE THEY WERE BURNT LIKE ITS JUST BEEN SITTING OUT IN A WARMER...SO I WALK IN NO ONES IN THE FRONTAT THE MOMENT....FINALLY SOMEONE COMES OUT REACHES MY PIZZA THAT (IM SUPER EARLY FOR ON PURPOSE) FROM THE WARMERRRR!!!! ARRRRGGGGHH!UPER MANAGEMENT PLEASE HAVE YOUR WORKERS STOP PRE COOKING OUR PIES.

My brownie was undercooked and I tried calling the store to get my money back for my brownie because I didn’t touch it at all and they never answered it kept getting transferred to the call system like they had the phone off they hook I called 11 times still no answer I had to call corporate to make a complaint this is

Ordered $50 worth of food. One pizza and 2 orders of wings. Didn't get any ranch for the wings and paid for extra cheese and there was parts of the pizza that u could see dough cuz there wasn't even the regular amount.

I ordered a bbq chicken personal pizza and some cheese ? bread ?, the cashier was very attentive and gave me her recommendations on her favorite, which was the cheese bread. Very delicious ?The store ran out of onions so everyone in the back kept coming to me and advising me there were no onions, which was not an issue at all. The manager gave me extra chicken on my pizza, which was really nice of him ?.Overall, the food was great ? was really happy with my personal pizza ? I really enjoyed it ?
I really hope they shut this store down. Horrible!!!!!!!!

I ordered a New Yorker and a three toppings pizza. The New Yorker was undercook, leaving the pizza soggy. The toppings on the second pizza were missing. I called the store to report the order but no one answered the phone. I will not order from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered pizza at 8pm, was given wait time of one hour. Pizza never delivered, but my card was charged. I’ve tried to get a refund through five different numbers for customer service, and can’t get one person on the phone, and the automated service just hangs up on you. Will never try Pizza Hut again.

This place sucks with service. I placed a order tonight around 8:01. They used door dash as the delivery service and it has been 45 mins since. Door dash said it was delivered and it never was. I tried calling the store and they put me in hold three times with no one picking the phone back up. This store service is horrible.
