Mrs. Shantrell Knox is professional and is very well with customer service. I had a couple of issues from previous orders that she helped me with and resolved the issue quickly. Great job Ma'am. I recommend she get a raise or a bonus.

First off when we arrived we noticed that it wasn’t that clean but since we are from out of town and had took a Uber there we stayed. So I asked for a towel to clean off the table where we were going to eat. The young lady looked puzzled and went told I guess the manager that I had asked for a towel. She came back seconds later saying that they didn’t have any towels. So wetted a napkins to wipe down the table.
So on to the food. We ordered a Alfredo chicken bacon pizza and wings. Well when we got our pizza it had marinara on it instead. The manager I’m guessing said he’ll fix it but I never return food for a redo and just asked for a refund. This is by far my worst experience with any Pizza Hut in my life and I won’t definitely return nor will I recommend this particular Pizza Hut. Frankly I would recommend that it either be closed down or fire management on down and start all over again with new management and employees.

Fast ? Delivery …. and Fresh Hot Delicious Pizza ?
I stopped in the store at around 1 pm about two Sundays ago. I was greeted immediately by who I can tell was the person in charge (Trell, general manager). Her communication with the other staff and the way they ran the store was very professional. I was very impressed by their customer service skills. The store was clean and she knew her menu very well. The only thing I took a star away for was because unfortunately my personal pan pizza was overcooked. I wish I could have given them all five stars for each category because everything else was great.
Parking: It’s a compact area but parking was convenient for me.

Actually Suprised at this location i went there during a special BOGO I Believe it was! Walk in of course they're busy im greeted by 2 or more pleasant workers! An I had ordered online so I was there for pick up! Opened the box steam shot out the top! I know it's hot an fresh I get a thin crust pepperoni and a pan crust supreme Man when I tell you BEST PIZZA HUT IVE HAD IN YEARS!! GREAT JOB! ???? 4.7-5!!
