Alex was a really big help and he showed up and showed out for me door dash delivered my order to the wrong house and I called and he made sure that my order was remade and delivered to the right house so anyone who is everyon make sure when u visit or call Pizza Hut Terrytown u speak to Alex aka Al he will make sure ur order and food is correct and delivered thnx u Alex and have a great New Year GOD Bless

I visited the Pizza Hut on Terry Parkway in Gretna and had a wonderful experience. The service was amazing—everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to my needs. They went out of their way to make sure everything was right with my order. It’s not often you find such great customer service at a pizza spot, and it definitely stood out to me. The food was fresh, hot, and just what I was craving. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Mrs. Shantrell Knox is professional and is very well with customer service. I had a couple of issues from previous orders that she helped me with and resolved the issue quickly. Great job Ma'am. I recommend she get a raise or a bonus.
First off when we arrived we noticed that it wasn’t that clean but since we are from out of town and had took a Uber there we stayed. So I asked for a towel to clean off the table where we were going to eat. The young lady looked puzzled and went told I guess the manager that I had asked for a towel. She came back seconds later saying that they didn’t have any towels. So wetted a napkins to wipe down the table.
So on to the food. We ordered a Alfredo chicken bacon pizza and wings. Well when we got our pizza it had marinara on it instead. The manager I’m guessing said he’ll fix it but I never return food for a redo and just asked for a refund. This is by far my worst experience with any Pizza Hut in my life and I won’t definitely return nor will I recommend this particular Pizza Hut. Frankly I would recommend that it either be closed down or fire management on down and start all over again with new management and employees.
