Ordered 4 pc combo, all white, plus an extra biscuit. Got home and found that they gave me all dark and zero biscuits.

Go through drive thru if you expect to be served. It should never take 30 minutes to get a chicken tender box... Also saw a woman bare handing pickles onto chicken sandwiches

I’ve ordered my chicken using their automated ordering kiosk paid and have seen NOBODY doing ANYTHING behind the counter. There are now 21 customers standing in the restaurant and nobody is doing anything. They only have two people working!!!

Dont stop here. Waited 20 mins since the biscuits aren’t done. Got my food, everything was cold, sides were half full and dry. Biscuits, you know that took 20 mins, not even in the bag. Chicken over cooked and super dry.

Lobby constantly closed after 5pm.

After ordering at the in-store kiosk, our food took 35 minutes to come out. We watched them pull a sandwich out of our order to sell to a drive through customer. After driving ways down the road we discovered that they had given us the wrong sauces, left out a whole 4-piece chicken order, and failed to give us our tenders half spicy. Tenders were dry and bland and sandwiches came with a pickle apiece despite ordering extra. Pretty abysmal. Good sandwiches though.

Where do I begin 1st off the lady on the intercom had an attitude then we get our food and we are missing food then the biscuit hard as a rock fries old as hell but the tenders were fresh
