After having not been in a Shoney's for years, and remembering it as being very good food, I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit. It is the same building, with the same inside. It was kind of dark and dingy, we did get the buffet for lunch, although there were not very many choices on the lunch buffet. The food was unfortunately not very good, the salad was okay, but the croutons were soggy sitting in the container that they were on the salad bar. And once we were done, the 16.99 per person price for a lunch buffet was outrageous. Although my husband and I each got a whole dollar off for being seniors. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Amazing food and service. Although not too clean due to a few ripped seats, it's okay for not changing a thing for 20+ years! My parents and siblings really enjoyed our stay! My stepmom hasn't been here for 20+ years and she remembers everything as it was when she was a child. WOULD 100% TAKE MY CHILDREN HERE WHEN I'M OLDER!!!

I haven't been to shoney since I was a kid. I live out of state and decided that while I was on vacation that I was going to go to a shoney's. The breakfast bar lived up to my memories. It was really good and well priced. They had some kind of breakfast rice dish that was absolutely amazing. I ate to my heart's content and felt completely satisfied when I left. The servers were very nice and it is a place that I would definitely go back to again.
