Assistant manager named Sydney, charged my card twice and stole my money. I never got any item from them. When I told her about the situation, and could even provide proof she said there was nothing else she could do and to call the 1800 number that she never provided. Supposedly no one is over her. So if you are the manager or owner of store #13713, Sydney said you are not over her and no one is over her. She is the only manager. Then she hung up in my face . Sydney should be fired . Things are too hot for you to steal and provide poor customer service. Is your store broke where you have to steal $6.86. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have called corporate and have reported you. I will also call the police. Do not go to this store , you may get robbed .

Today was the 3rd time in one week my mobile order was problematic. My hot coffee was cold that was placed via mobile order. The female attendant with glasses appeared annoyed when I asked her to correct it. It's 615am and you're annoyed already? GO HOME!

Update- I placed an app order and my beverages frap were ready on time. However, all the beverages were watery and did not taste like it usually does. I am disappointed.

No one acknowledged me. I don't usually go there, so i didn't know where to place my order. I was picking up an order for someone else and was thinking about getting something for myself. I just got what I went there for and called it a day

It took about 10 minutes to be attended to. There were only 2 people serving and they were very busy.
In the display box of the sandwiches there were 2 flies and that is in very bad taste because as a customer we know the cliff of diseases that these insects transmit.

these drinks are so inconsistent. i will be choosing any other coffee chain but this one from now on. all you want is a coffee that tastes good and then you get served a coffee with ingredients missing and ZERO taste. the last straw terry parkway.

I’ve been to Terry Starbucks so many years. I seen many employees come and goes. Some are successful and some are friends till nowadays since they left tha place. Some employees there are horrible. I spend my money wisely fatefully every day 2-4x a day but they talked bout me like I to get FREE coffee when I come in. When my coffee not made right I asked nicely or some time I’m scared to ask because knowing they’ll get offended. I spend a cup at $7.10x2 every morning and if my kids wants their, would be more. this morning I’d spend almost $50, the shift manager (Dawn) and (Vanessa) told them employees when I left the store that I always wanted Free Free Free coffees. Employees shouldn’t talk bout customers no matter what. I seen them two with my own eyes, rolled their eyes at customers or not talking to them and gave people that madness face all the times. That the reason why I don’t talk to them. I spend my money and still got treated like I’m begging. C’on ladies, if you both feels like y’all both too high class then y’all shouldn’t be at that place making people coffees, right? Especially Dawn, talked to customer very rude and Vanessa, some days , she show all on her face that she got bad day some she just quite not speak likePeople owed them some thing. Dam shame! Donnie, Nani, Mandie, Daniel, Liz , Shannon and Uly. I love those people so much. I’ll stop coming there. I paid and my money and tips y’all, still talking bout me? SMH… I hope the cooperate can see this. If Dawn and Venessa run that store I promise, you guys will loose many many customers. The customers service sucks when they both are there and that look at people face like every one walk in owed you guys some thing. SMH

Probably one of the nicest and cleaner Starbucks I've been in in along time. I especially loved the murals and artwork. The chairs and dinning room layout was homely and nice. This is the kinda coffee shop you want to go sit and hang with friends. Reminds me of the good Starbucks I've seen abroad in Japan and Spain. Alot better than the mundane and sleepy college coffee shops I've seen back in North Carolina. I just wish they would grind my beans the right grind size.
Kid-friendliness: My kids are loud and hyper and they had plenty of room to not bother people.
