The staff here is great. Stasia is a very helpful and friendly barista. She was kind and very patient when I came in with my kids. Another barista found my daughter’s phone and held it for us until we returned, which was very sweet of her to do.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience in this store today, the person who said she was the store manager (Sydney) had such bad energy that it made me feel bad all day, she didn't smile, she wasn't as kind as I'm always treated in all other stores, she was very rude and that doesn't match the store, Maybe she wasn't well, had a bad day or was very busy, I hope she gets better but I don't intend to go back there anymore.

Assistant manager named Sydney, charged my card twice and stole my money. I never got any item from them. When I told her about the situation, and could even provide proof she said there was nothing else she could do and to call the 1800 number that she never provided. Supposedly no one is over her. So if you are the manager or owner of store #13713, Sydney said you are not over her and no one is over her. She is the only manager. Then she hung up in my face . Sydney should be fired . Things are too hot for you to steal and provide poor customer service. Is your store broke where you have to steal $6.86. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have called corporate and have reported you. I will also call the police. Do not go to this store , you may get robbed .

Today was the 3rd time in one week my mobile order was problematic. My hot coffee was cold that was placed via mobile order. The female attendant with glasses appeared annoyed when I asked her to correct it. It's 615am and you're annoyed already? GO HOME!

Update- I placed an app order and my beverages frap were ready on time. However, all the beverages were watery and did not taste like it usually does. I am disappointed.
